8 inch – 24 servings 10 inch – 32 servings

12 inch – 56 servings 14 inch – 78 servings

1. Remove top tier of cake.


2. Move in two inches from tier's outer edge; cut a circle and then slice 1 in. pieces outside the circle.
3. Move in another 2 in., cut another circle, slice 1 in. pieces all the way around.
4. Cut center core of each tier straight across like a pie.
