Answer First the one who transfer an account has to have an account with
our branch. The transferor must have sufficient account in our
branch.

Then, he has to fill out a form for bank transfer.

After completing the form, he has to submit it to one of the account

branch managers together with his bank book and 2 IDs.

After the account is verified and it shows that there is a sufficient

amount in his/her account, then we call the receiving bank for
verification of the account of the transferee.

Then, we post the bank transfer. That means that the transfer is
successful.

Question 2 So the real evidence as to the success of the bank transfer is the
Bank Transfer Post. Was there any bank transfer post in this
transaction?
Answer No maam.
Question 3 But you have the Bank transfer Form, you even stated that P600,
thousand was in that form. Why is there no successful bank transfer?
Answer Because maam, Mr. Danforth only filled up the transfer form, but he
never submitted it to us to process the transaction.
Question 4 So what is the value of this bank transfer form in this present case?
Answer I don’t know. Maybe to show that Mr. Danforth intended to transfer
money to another account but he never proceeded with it.
