2. A preschool in Canada meeting all of the following criteria: (i) is an early childhood AE FPP
program that serves a minimum of ten children ages two through five; (ii) has been in Academic Open

B) Administrative Offices or Boards of Education of Educational Institutions+ AE FPP

Defined as district and regional administrative offices of the foregoing Educational Academic Open
Institutions defined in Section A above and may also include those sections of Provincial Academic Select Plus
or Territorial Ministries of Education that fulfill the role of a Board of Education or Campus Agreement
Administrative Office. For greater certainty, only those sections of a provincial or (includes new enrollment
Territorial Ministry whose sole function is to provide administrative services to under Campus Agreement

C) Full and Part Time Faculty and Staff of Educational Institutions AE FPP
Defined as all full and part time faculty and staff of Educational Institutions defined in
Section A above.
D) Students AE FPP
Full and Part Time Enrolled Students of an Educational Institution as defined in section
A(1) and Full Time Enrolled Students of an Education Institution as defined in section
A(2).
E) Educational Consortia and Systems AE FPP
Defined as corporations and associations validly organized and existing under the laws in Academic Open
Canada, representing members or shareholders of a common institution type (for Academic Select Plus
example, community colleges, independent schools, provincial systems). Each member or Campus Agreement

F) Public Libraries AE FPP

Must meet all of these criteria: (i) provides general library services in Canada without Academic Open
charge to all residents of a given community, district or region; (ii) supported by public or Academic Select Plus
private funds; (iii) make its basic collections and basic services available to the School Agreement

G) Public Museums AE FPP
