A. Content Standards The learners demonstrate an understanding of the use of advanced tools and techniques found in common productivity and software applications in developing ICT
content for specific professional tracks.

At the end session, every learners will reach 90% of proficiency level in:
 Comparing traditional mail from computerized mail.
 Performing the task diligently.
 Creating merge document using mail merging feature of Microsoft word.
