Level of Care
DEFINITIONS
Level of Care: Care rates are based upon each individual resident’s required assistance with daily
living including but not limited to: Emergency response system, trained caregivers, and daily
room service. The care level is determined by our Resident Care Director through a personal
assessment prior to the resident’s move in date and as necessary thereafter.

Level 1:
uu Three well-balanced meals will be provided in dining room Rates

uu Staff assistance with partial incontinence care.
