Simple Machine
A simple machine is a machine with few or no moving parts to which you apply
just one force. Some simple machines have very few moving parts. Other have no
moving parts.(Science Textbook, pg. 253)
Screw
A screw is a post with threads wrapped around it. If you were to unwrap he
threads, you would have an inclined plane. (Science Textbook, pg. 276) This ride
is a screw simple machines because the thread is wrapped around a tube and it
is connected.
Wheel and Axle
A wheel and axle is a simple machine made of a wheel
and an axle then turn taught (Science Textbook,
pg226). This ride has a wheel and axle because there is
a wheel that moves around a center point,
the axle.
Lever
A lever is a bar that pivots around a fixed point (Science
Textbook, pg. 255) This ride has a lever because there is a
bar that helps it to pivot.
Wedge
A wedge is a simple machine made of tnes placed back-to-back inclined play.
(science Textbook, pg. 278). This is a wedge because the ducks cut through
the water.
Inclined Plane
An Inclined plane is simply a slanted surface (Science Textbook, pg. 274)

This game has an incline plane because it is slanted and tilted to the side
as it moves.
Pulley
A simple machine is made of a wheel with a line around it. (Science Textbook,
pg. 264) This game uses a pulley to pull the prize out of the machine.
