CS CDR, the AMRWB’s call drop rate is higher than AMR.

Check the PCHR, many calls starts with AMRWB, but call release with AMR.

Check the call drop flow like below:

When the MO side support AMRWB, MT side doesn’t support AMRWB. When the MO side start call, the CN assigns an
AMRWB SET (12650) to MO side. But when CN find the MT side not support the AMRWB, it will reassign an AMR SET to
MO side. It is the Reassignment flow in CN side.

So because of the reassignment flow, the Original Call Setup Tme Delay is also increase a lot.

After active the AMRWB, it uses the RAB reassignment function, which leads the 2 nd RAB reassignment time long
which lead high possibility to cause the call drop.

Solution: Close the RAB reassignment configure in CN side.
