TERMS & CONDITION

ABOVE RATES
Above rates: are included 21% service and tax, breakfast served at Restaurant from 07.00
a.m to 10.00 a.m. Available for single or double occupancy for either individual or group. No
charge for a child under 5 years old while 5 to 12 years 50% charged for breakfast. The rate
for adult breakfast IDR.100.000,-

HIGH SEASON
The above mentioned High Season PERIOD with additional Rate Rp.200.000/r/n:
 3 days before and after IDUL FITRI
 December 20th – January 2nd

CONTRACT VALIDITY
The contract is effective from April 1st 2018 – March 31ST 2019, after this contract signed by
both parties. Compulsory New Year Eve Dinner applied on December 31st 2018 with
additional rate Rp.1.500.000/Pax

CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-out time is at 12:00 noon, late check-out until 06.00 PM will be charged 50%
additionally from contract rate, and late check-out more than 06.00 PM will be charged fully.

RESERVATION
The reservation should be on the paper: facsimile/email/letter accepting here in Aruna
Senggigi Resort & Convention, Lombok at least 7 (seven) days before the date of checking-in
for the low season, and 30 (thirty) days for the high season.

CANCELLATION
The cancellation should be on the paper at least 3(three) days before the arrival date of the
low season and 14(fourteen) days for the high season. Otherwise all the served rooms will be
charged fully.

FULLY CHARGED
If any failure of the reservation amount, it will be fully charged from the expected amount of
the confirmed reservation.

GROUP
The minimum expected passengers of a group are 16 rooms, and the Hotel provides 1(one)
room free of charge for the tour leader or 15 Pay + 1 Free.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

TRAVEL AGENT
The payment should be settled 50% from the whole transaction 7 (seven) days in advance,
and the balance should be completed upon checking-in.

CORPORATE
The payment should be settled cash/credit card during check out for Personal Account and
GUARANTED LETTER from company to attach document with invoice together.
