Having authored RT/E/S/10075 on behalf of Network Rail, we are fully conversant and
comply with the requirements of this standard, and also the "Railway Safety Principles &
Guidance part 2, Section E - Guidance on Level Crossings", and fully support and have
adopted the "Guide to Level Crossing Submissions" produced by HSE-HMRI.
