AFFIDAVIT

I, LEILA DE SINGKO, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of #1 V. Delos Reyes St.,
Outlook Drive, Baguio City, under oath depose and state:

1. I am the mother of Antonio De Singko and Allan Peter De Singko, 5 and 7 years old respectively.
2. On 19 October 2018 at around nine o’clock in the evening, I was buying fishball and kwek-kwek
at the street vendor along V. Delos Reyes St., Outlook Drive.
3. While I was waiting for the food, I saw my two children hiding in the bushes across the street
and they saw me.
4. I noticed that the traffic light was green so I shouted at them not to cross by saying “Haan kayo
agbalballasiw ta adda paumay nga lugan!”
5. When the car was approaching , my children suddenly ran into the street.
6. The car blew its horn and swerved to avoid hitting my children.
7. As the car swerved, it bumped into a lady crossing the road who had just bought street food.
