THE INFLUENCE OF PLAY GAME THERAPY ON GADGETS ON THE IMPACT OF

STRESS HOSPITALIZATION FOR PRESCHOOLERS IN ROOM

DARRUSALAM AMINAH HOSPITAL BLITAR CITY

ABSTRAC

Hospitalization is a threatening experience for children, especially for preschoolers.

While the children undergoing hospitalization, they feel many stressor that make them stress and

depreesed. As a result, the children become nervous and uneasy, even uncooperative when did

the treatments. The aim of this research is to no the influence of play game therapy on gadgets on

the impact of stress hospitalization for preschoolers. The research used is quasy experiment (one

group pre-post test design) with the amount of sample is 22 respondent that taken by

Convinience sampling. This research was held on 8 April until 8 May 2017 at room Darrusalam

Aminah hospital Blitar city. The data collection using stress hospitalization questionnaire for

preschoolers. The data analysis using Wilcoxon test and get the result is p=0,000. This result

show that there is a difference between before and after being given the play game therapy. From

the result of this research is expected to be a source and development for the nurses or the other

medical personnel to resolve stress because hospitalization for the children.
