- Warnings:
Avvertenze:
If the UPS is already installed and operating, before to carry out the following procedure switch off completely
the unit:
Se l’UPS è già installato e funzionante prima di applicare la procedura effettuare lo spegnimento completo
dell’UPS:

- Switch off SWIN SWBY SWOUT SWMB inside the UPS;

Aprire gli interruttori SWIN, SWBY, SWOUT e SWMB all’interno dell’UPS;

- Insolate the UPS from mains, bypass line and battery, opening the circuit breakers of the
distribution panel and the battery cabinet;
Isolare l’UPS dalla linea di alimentazione , e dall’armadio batteria, aprendo gli interruttori nel
quadro di distribuzioni e nell’armadio batteria;

- Wait at least 15 minutes before to operate inside the unit, in order to allow the completely
discharge of the internal capacitors
Attendere almeno 15 minuti prima di operare all’interno dell’UPS per consentire la scarica dei
condensatori posti all’interno dell’apparecchiatura;

- Before to put hands inside the unit, check with multimeter for no voltage at the input and
output terminals and between terminals and ground;
Prima di operare all’interno dell’UPS verificare con un multimetro che non siano presenti
tensioni sui morsetti di ingresso e di uscita e tra i terminali e massa.

-If the load must be supplied, during the replacement read the maintenance procedure of the user
manual.
Se durante le operazioni di montaggio del kit il carico deve essere alimentato seguire le
procedure di bypass per manutenzione indicate sul manuale d’uso dell’UPS.

- Connections of the Cables code 0CBSA0215. and 0CBSA0216.

Collegamento cablaggi codici 0CBSA0215. e 0CBSA0216.:
Disconnect the cable from J1 of the card 2077, connect the cables with the fuseholders code 0CBSA0215 to J1 on card
2077 and connect the other terminal to the cable previously disconnected from J1.
Rimuovere il cablaggio connesso a J1 sulle scheda 2077, collegare il cavo 0CBSA0215 a J1 sulle scheda 2077 e collegare
l’altro terminale al cavo scollegato in precedenza da J1.

Disconnect the cable from J2 of the card 2077, connect the cables with the fuseholders code 0CBSA0216 to J2 on card
2077 and connect the other terminal to the cable previously disconnected from J2.
Rimuovere il cablaggio connesso a J2 sulle scheda 2077, collegare il cavo 0CBSA0216 a J1 sulle scheda 2077 e collegare
l’altro terminale al cavo scollegato in precedenza da J2.

NOTE.
NOTA:

This operation is required only in UPSs with Assembly Rev E.

UPSs with Assembly Rev F have these cable already installed.

Questa opezaione è necessaria solo negli UPS con Assieme Rev E.

Negli UPS con Assieme Rev F questi cavi sono già installati.
