Fees ‘The Company shall pay the Artiste per show a net fee in Euros of: € 160.00 (in words: One hundred sixty Euros). Fees shall be paid by the Company management for performances already given every 30, days starting With the beginning of the engagement. Please note that there may be delay in payments for ‘Up to 4 weeks due to delay in payments from National Circus of Ukraine. 3. Assurance ‘The Artiste hereby bindingly declares they are entitled to perform their acts. Both Parties to this Contract agree not to disclose the fees. ‘The Artiste commits not to perform in any other show In Kiev during the engagement in ‘National Circus of Ukraine. 4, Documents‘The Artiste commit themselves, if necessary, to apply in sufficient time fora visa ata foreign Ukrainian consulate. The cost for the Issue of the residence permit will be paid by the Company, Upon starting the engagement, the Artiste shall submit the following documents: ~ Passports | Work permit ‘The Avtiste guarantee that they have effected themselves a health insurance that Covers Ifrecessary damages linked to their stay in National Circus of Ukraine. 5. Supplementary services ‘The Artiste undertakes to arrive punctually at preparation. He/she will take part in all ‘ensemble ‘creation and transitions as character. Incidental benefits For the period of the engagement, the Company shall provide the Artiste with free housing, ‘changing room and life insurance. 7. Sickness In the event of sickness, the Artiste shal in liaison withthe artistic management of the ‘National Circus of Kiev ‘endeavor te find a replacement of equal kind, quality and quantity.
