INTRODUCCIÓN:

El tema tratado en este abstract es acerca de un plan de seguridad y salud para

las obras de construcción en nuestro país ya qué estas son deficientes y por
ende originan un alto riesgo a la salud. Por lo tanto se formuló la siguiente
cuestión, ¿Es fundamental proponer un Plan de Seguridad y Salud en la obras de
construcción detallado, de tal manera que garantice la integridad física de los
trabajadores?, a raíz de que este problema se da con mayor frecuencia en el
Perú y en la mayor parte de los países de Latinoamérica pues este plan debe
ser propuesto y ejecutado. La tesis que se argumentará es: “Propuesta de un
plan de seguridad y salud para obras de construcción” cuyo autor es Carina La
Madrid Ruiz Conejo

SITUACIÓN PROBLEMÁTICA:

El problema que aqueja al País es las condiciones de seguridad en las obras

de construcción ya que estas son deficientes, originándose altos índices de
accidentes traducidos en lesiones, muertes, el autor a brindado criterios y
herramientas para la elaboración e implementación de un plan de seguridad.

FORMULACIÓN DEL PROBLEMA:

Se formuló la siguiente cuestión, ¿Es fundamental proponer un Plan de Seguridad

y Salud en la obras de construcción detallado, de tal manera que garantice la
integridad física de los trabajadores?

INTRODUCTION:

The topic dealt with in this abstract is about a safety and health plan for
construction works in our country and why these are deficient and therefore
cause a high risk to health. Therefore the following question was formulated: Is
it fundamental to propose a Safety and Health Plan in the detailed construction
works, in such a way as to guarantee the physical integrity of the workers?, As
a result of which this problem occurs with greater frequency in Peru and in most
of the countries of Latin America because this plan must be proposed and
executed. The thesis that will be argued is: "Proposal of a safety and health plan
for construction works" whose author is Carina La Madrid Ruiz Conejo.

PROBLEMATIC SITUATION:

The problem that afflicts the country is the safety conditions in the construction
works since they are deficient, originating high accident rates translated into
injuries, deaths, the author has provided criteria and tools for the development
and implementation of a safety plan.

PROBLEM FORMULATION:

The following question was asked: Is it essential to propose a Safety and Health
Plan in the detailed construction works, in such a way as to guarantee the
physical integrity of the workers?
