Some members of the LGBTQ+ club hold a flag representing bisexuality for bi visi-
bility week, a week to celebrate and recognize bi history and culture. “You can be near
people who have a common ground and you can meet other people who have differ-
ent sexualities and gender identities,” Adrian Boyett said. “It makes you feel less alone.
You can also be with people that share similar experiences with you.”

about being in the club is the people,
it’s about the company I have,” Adrian
Boyett said. “The moral is so positive
and it makes me feel good and pride-
ful and it makes me feel good about
who I am and how I Identify as gen-
der fluid and a lesbian and I think I
might be demi sexual, still exploring
that. Being around here with everyone
is an experience that I will remember
for a lifetime.”

Hebron High School is proud to be

a diverse and inclusive campus. “The
sexualities and gender identities that
people don’t talk about as much and
aren’t as familiar with, a lot of that stuff
I learned in this club,” Verona Sawyer
said. “I think the people who come
here learn as well and I think they
wouldn’t otherwise know even if they
are completely accepted.”
