SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

That I, SHARON GUILLERMO UY of legal age, Filipino, married and a

resident of 34 Jensen St., Filinvest, Batasan hills, Quezon City, do
hereby appoint, name and constitute JEROME GUILLERMO UY with the
same residential address to be my true and lawful attorney to act in,
manage and conduct all my affairs and for that purpose in my name
and on my behalf to do and perform the following acts, and things to
wit:

1. To process the transfer of ownership to my name of the

following land titles:

a. TCT No. 439241;

b. TCT No. 439242; and
c. TCT No. 439243.

2. To submit all documents, reports and other files necessary for

the transfer of the abovementioned titles on my behalf;

3. To act as my representative in the following government

agencies:

a. Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)

b. Registry of Deeds;
c. Local Government Units;

4. To do all acts incident and necessary to the foregoing.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and
authority whatsoever requisite or proper to be done in or about the
premises as above stated, as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby certifying
and confirming all that my said attorney shall do or cause to be done
under and by virtue of these presents.

This special power of attorney shall be solely for the purpose as above
stated and is in effect until revoked.
