    The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) has completed rehabilitation of the Tinaguman-Kawayanan-Guiling Farm-to-Market Road in Alamada, Cotabato Province under its Mindanao Sustainable Agrarian and Agriculture Development (MinSAAD) Project. DAR is scheduling a turn-over ceremony on October 17th from 9-10:30 AM to transfer the road to the municipality. Governor Taliño-Mendoza and Representative Sacdalan of North Cotabato are invited to attend and witness the ceremony, which marks an important event for the farmer beneficiaries.

    Dear Governor Taliño-Mendoza:

    The Mindanao Sustainable Agrarian and Agriculture Development (MinSAAD) Project of


    Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) is on its full-swing of implementing development programs
    for the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries in settlement areas in Mindanao.

    One infrastructure support given to the Municipality of Alamada in Cotabato Province is the
    Rehabilitation of Tinaguman-Kawayanan-Guiling Farm-to-Market Road located in Barangay Bao
    and Barangay Guiling of Alamada which is now completed and due to be turned-over by DAR to the
    municipality.

    The turn-over ceremony of this rural road is scheduled on 17th of October 2018 from 9 o’clock to
    10:30 in the morning and we would like to invite your presence to witness and grace this
    momentous event for our farmers and beneficiaries.

    Attached is the program of the turn-over ceremony for your information and reference.

    We appreciate your continued support to alleviate the lives of our farmers.
