My work is music
Dear friend Álvaro, how are you? I hope you find yourself very well. I want to say hello
and tell you about my experience in the work I do since you already know that I am
dedicated to music and that I am part of a youth symphony, I also share a stage with more
than sixty. Musicians, I have a lot of fun and enjoy my work, I get up at six in the morning
and after exercising and warming up I start my routine of rehearsals that are from seven to
noon, when I finish I do the maintenance of my saxophone and clarinet , I select study
material that helps me increase my musical and professional level, I really like this work
since I was a child. I wanted to be a musician and I enjoy it to the fullest because the day
passes very quickly and every day is something new and you learn a lot. This week I am
studying scores by Antonio Vivaldi, a great composer of classical music. What I do not like
about work is that, due to the long hours of rehearsal. I have had severe pain in my hands
and sometimes I can sleep, I also do it. The travel hours for the presentations are very
exhausting. I imagine that you think that my life is very happy and fun thanks to my work
because, thanks to music, I know the whole country and abroad, as well as a good
economic remuneration and, most importantly, I am happy with my life and my work. .

DIANA RUTH RAMIREZ

I am writing this letter to tell you about some news that happens recently on my life. I
continue living in Popayán city with my husband and sons but change the neighborhood; I
am very well and happy because I still working in the familiar company, in fact know I am
the new systems engineer because as you know that is my profession.
I invite you to visit me and be able to show everything we offer, I tell you that software is
developed for different companies, consultancies are made, sales accompanied by
electronic devices, customer service and the most important we already have more
employees.
What I don’t like about my job is that costumer are very fussy and them always change
their preferences when I have advanced de job. Also work with the family sometimes must
be difficult, but definitely I love my job.
You also know that as an engineer it is important to keep the information updated, the work
is quite satisfactory and important for me since we are in permanent contact with
companies, we know people and we also travel to get new costumers. For the fulfillment of
all activities I always get up very early, in fact you have to be very responsible. For the
company to remain firm, quality is offered in all products, working with people who meet
the needs of customers, always maintaining the level.
I tell you that we are doing very well I am happy and fine. So, this is my job and I hope to
see you soon to share as when we were studying together, let me send you some pictures

I had read your letter and i think that you have made a good work. you incluide in your
letter all the items of the guide, also you put some pictures, that is a thing that i forgot in
my letter, so a will improve it. The unic thing that a think you have to improve, is that in
your letter doesn´t make a mention about what profession exactly is it.

I have read your letter and I think that you make an excelent job. You have a real good use
of past tense and also have included in your letter all the items that mentions the guide. the
unic thing that i note you can improve is abot include some pictures on the letter (I also
forget it) and separet the text with dots and commas to make it easier to read.

Dear Andrea, after so much time I am writing to tell you about my work, now I am in the
department of Cauca, in a quiet municipality, working on a project to formalize rural
property.
I am in charge of the social part, I have almost eight hundred beneficiaries in my charge. I
must go weekly to visit the trails.
I like this work very much because I feel that I contribute positively to the communities, it
is very satisfying to see their joy when they receive their degrees.
I do not like that some procedures are slow and delayed since the institutions do not
collaborate enough, it is sad not being able to help the farmers quickly.
I know it would be the job you would be comfortable with, because you like the
countryside, the diversity of the garden, crops and animals that one can find and the quality

Dear friend Magaly, I hope you are well, I am writing to tell you about my new job, at this
moment I am a nurse in the hospitalization area of the San Jose hospital, I have 8 patients to
my charge in recovery, my schedule of work is from 7 am to 1 pm, i tlod you that the
hospital is a third level, has a wide infrastructure, has a variety of specialists such as
cardiologists, anesthesiologist, surgeon, internist, among many others,
At the end of my work, he delivered in the clinical history of the patient's evolution, I wear
a uniform and white shoes, I like my work because I can help mitigate the pain, as far as
possible, lengthen the life of the patient. , I imagine what can think it is very complicated to
work in a hospital, it is actually very rewarding to be able to offer my services as a nurse,
