    Computer units in the computer laboratory are obsolete with the possibility to
    malfunction at any point in time and to the prevent loss of important data/documents
    they should be stored in a backup.
    In connection to this, I would like to request an external drive (500 gb/1 tb) for the
    backup copy of the said data/documents.
