GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION:

Canada is located in the northern hemisphere of America. Its borders are:


North: Arctic Ocean, which separates it from Greenland.
South: The United States.
East: Atlantic Ocean
West: Alaska and the Pacific Ocean.
Canada also includes a large number of islands in the continent, which make up the Arctic
Archipelago.

Main cities
Ottawa is the capital of the country.
Other important cities are: Edmonton, Calgary, and Winnipeg.

TYPICAL GASTRONOMY:
Fiddleheads: Fern leaves that are cooked when they are still ripe and are rolled, with chicken,
potatoes and other vegetables
Macaroni and Cheese: something as simple as macaroni and cheese
Montreal bagels: it is a traditional wheat flour bread, shaped like Donut, that remains crispy because
it is cooked in water before baking
