The Nine-Ninety-Sixth and Covert Stealth Squadron Consolidation Proposal

Upon consolidation of the Stealth Squadron and Nine-Ninety-Sixth, the previous Commander of the
Stealth Squadron will be transferred to a Lieutenant position in probationary terms to be pending review.
When equal rankings of the Nine-Ninety-Sixth and Stealth Squadron are present, the Nine-Ninety-Sixth
will prevail in authority under all circumstances with no remediation. In the instances where no equal or
superior rankings of Nine-Ninety-Sixth are present, and a Stealth Squadron member is, the Stealth
Squadron member shall retain all authority of all Nine-Ninety-Sixth members subordinate to their position.
1. Within the topic of power and authority within the Nine-Ninety-Sixth battalion and its Stealth
Squad consolidated members please refer to topic subsection 1a-1d.
a. In order for authorization to become completed the control application and/or
responsibility of any Stealth Squadron member, the Nine-Ninety-Sixth member applying
for the authority position must retain one of the parameters found in division A Subsection
2a.
b. All previous, current, future, simple future, simple history, or any of the relation members
of the Nine-Ninety-Sixth will be able to participate in future (Pending subsection 2b and
2c) tryouts and become official Stealth Squadron members.
c. The Nine-Ninety-Sixth will retain all authorization right and will become the survival
parent battalion of the Stealth squadron and the Stealth Squadron will have no
authorization or ability to perform future mergers, consolidations, disbandment’s, mass
purges, removals from the Nine-Ninety-Sixth battalion in any form.
d. The Nine-Ninety-Sixth Parent battalion will retain full authorization of additional powers
and abilities originally held by itself before consolidation and will absorb all powers and
abilities originally held by the Stealth Squadron. The Stealth Squadron will then no longer
act within the parent battalion roles and parameters and will retain a subordinate position
and become a child battalion and within the normal scopes and positions.
2. Within the topic of eligibility, authority, and exceptions entailing the Stealth Squadron within the
Nine-Ninety-Sixth battalion.
a. In order for a Nine-Ninety-Sixth member to qualify for authorization over a Stealth Squad
member, the Nine-Ninety-Sixth member must possess (1) equal rank or supra to the
Stealth Squadrons members authority being argued, (2) must not be penalizing the
Stealth Squadron member with disbarment, (3) be acting within the scope and control
normally reach and acquired within normal operations.
b. The Stealth Squadron will never exceed a maximum membership value of (6).
c. In order for a Nine-Ninety-Sixth member to qualify for membership, the Nine-Ninety-Sixth
member will need to possess (1) a sergeant position, (2) Stealth Squadron Tryout
certification, and (3) be in good standing.
d. Both the Commander of the Nine-Ninety-Sixth and the leader of Stealth Squadron will
work together in order to maintain and create functional procedures, whitelisting,
maintenance, and supervision.
e. Any Nine-Ninety-Sixth member of authorization complying with Section A subsection 1b.
f. There will be a subsection battalion ranking within the consolidated Stealth Squadron that
will mirror the permissions and abilities of the Nine-Ninety Sixth parent battalions
rankings. The ranks will be represented as follows:
1. Trooper I-IV (trooper) (cl1), Operator I-IV (sergeant) (cl2), Specialist I-IV (lt) (cl3),
Overseer I-IV (officer) (cl3)
g. Members of Stealth Squadron will not be required to become a Nine-Ninety-Sixth
member to comply with requirements to maintain an active membership status.
1. Stealth Squadron members applying for chapter A subsection 2f’s stipulation
must be (1) active on a regular basis with inactivity not exceeding 7 days, (2) be
in good standing with the battalion, (3) and abide by all authority of its Nine-
Ninety-Sixth parent battalion parameters found in chapter A.
In signing of this document, the officers and leaders representing of both the proposed consolidated
parties agree to the terms above with no detest, argument, or editorials. Upon signature, the parties fully
agree to comply and abide by the terms stipulated above.
