and Lab Engr Faseeh Tahir to receive the parents and
students in Auditorium from 0800 hrs to 0930 hrs
0930 – 1000 hrs Briefing by Head of College Auditorium  Asst Prof Rehan Ahmed to prepare the presentation
Department  Lab Engr Faseeh Tahir to run the presentation
 Asst Prof Sadia Riaz will be the Stage Sec
 All faculty members of the dept (except Dr Hasan, Dr
Sajid and Lab Engr Ubaid to attend the presentation)
1000 – 1100 hrs Commandant’s College Auditorium  Lab Engr Faseeh Tahir to run the presentation
interaction with students  Asst Prof Sadia Riaz will be the Stage Sec
and parents  All faculty members of the dept (except Dr Hasan, Dr
Sajid and Lab Engr Ubaid to attend the presentation)
1100 – 1115 hrs Light Refreshments College Officers Mess behind  All faculty members to guide and accompany the parents
Auditorium and students to College Officers Mess behind auditorium

1115 – 1145 hrs College Facilities Visit Cafes, Cadet Battalion,
Hostels, Sports Facilities, MI
Room, College Mosque,
Sports Complex & Swimming
Pool
 Parents & students will be taken to various College
facilities in buses. Fol faculty will be responsible for each
bus as mentioned:

1145 – 1215 hrs Visit of Department Department of Mechanical  On arrival to DME, parents and students will be divided
Engineering in two groups for visit of DME. Fol faculty members are
responsible for the visit:

Yasser Riaz and Lab Engr Mateen Ullah Meo
 Group No 2: Asst Prof Saheeb Kiyani, Lec

1215 – 1245 hrs Lunch Cadet Mess  Parents & Students will be taken to Cadets Mess for
lunch in buses. Fol faculty will be responsible for each
bus as mentioned:
