SOC purchases this coverage for persons who work for it as secuity guards in iraq under US Government contracts. The obligation to provide the Denefits described in the insurance policy is an ‘blgation assumed by the insurance company (not by ‘SOC, though SOC will provide reasonable assistance In helping you obtain your benefits from the insurance ‘company. This is different from a life insurance policy. You cannot name a beneficiary. Benefits are paid to the legal ‘spouse until remamiage and to dependent children. If You are not legally manied, or have no dependent chikdren, your family wil not receive death benefits. 1n the event of temporary or permanent total disability, the insurance company has agreed to pay you 68 2/3% ‘of your wages during the time of disabilty.
