 始建于1994年的ZYZ公司是生产滚子轴承和球轴承的专业制造商。骨干技术人员和技工均有10~30年以上丰富的轴承制造经验。
其中工学博士1名，经德国WMW公司培训的技工2名，原海宁皮尔轴承公司工程师和技工20多名，以及近年来自行培养的工程技术
人员10多名。
因此，ZYZ能为您设计、开发以及制造各类具有高可靠性，长寿命的轴承产品。
更重要的是我们的优势在于国际著名品牌公司在成本上做不到，普通中小公司在性能与质量上做不到，具有为您提供价格合理、
品质接近和达到国际品牌水准的产品和服务。
2001年我们与美国NOVA/TCB的合作使我们在技术、管理以及销售服务方面更具有了国际化的视野;我们也被越来越多的海内外
客户认可。

ZYZ was founded in 1994, and we are a professional bearing manufacturer specializing in various of cylindrical roller bearings,
Tapered roller bearings and ball bearings. The core technical engineers and skilled workers have 10 to 30 years' experience in
bearing manufacturing . One of them owns Engineering Ph. D, 2 of them were well trained in German WMW, and more than 20
engineers and technicians are coming from the previous bearing company of Hai Ning PEER , and also more than 10 engineers
and technicians talents have been developed by ourselves.
Therefore, ZYZ is more than capable of designing, developing and manufacturing various types of bearings with high reliability
and long life for various of applications.
Furthermore , we own the advantages simultaneously that the cost the leading brands can't achieve and the quality and
reliability that small or medium sized bearing suppliers can't achieve, and we are capable of providing you products and solution
with reasonable price and high-class quality and reliability & service as international famous brands.
Since 2001, we have started the co-operation with US company NOVA / TCB successfully , which exposes us to international
Market and make us outstanding in various aspects including technology, management and marketing services, and we are
recognized by more and more customers at home and abroad.

Forging

★锻造：主要产品采用高速锻及冷辗扩工艺，使材料的组织、紧密度更好，有利轴承延长寿命。

★Forging：The main products are subjected to high speed continuous forging and cold rolling process,
which make material micro-structure finer and tightened so as to enhance the life of bearing.

Heat Treatment
★热处理：热处理利用带气氛保护的连续网带炉，现场控制遵照CQI-9标准体制，使过程更可靠。

★Heat Treatment：In-house Heat Treatment process utilize the continuous belt furnace with protection atmosphere,
the whole process is in compliance with CQI-9 system strictly ,which make process control more reliable.

★磨加工：具有意大利马尔波斯主动测量，日本法纳克，三菱控制系统、THK滚珠丝杠等配套的自动化连线生产，
保证了产品的精度与一致性和稳定性。

★Grinding：We introduce continuous lines for grinding with system of Italy Marposs Active Measuring Instrument
, Japan FANUC, Mitsubishi control system,THK ball screw shaft, this ensure product accuracy and consistency &
stability.
