Requesting your approval for the ECMR # CHG0091301 (Datafix) to be implemented in

Oracle MFG Instance (PHELFI).

Description: Solae PO#5012316 is not opening and stuck in In-Process Status. Data
fix to be applied so that Shipments can be received.

Business Impact: PO#5012316 - Business is expecting shipments to be received on

Monday and the receipt cannot be done if the PO is in in-Process status. Hence the
Fix need to be done at the earliest, so that Shipments can be received in Winston
Salem. The truck is scheduled to come in on Monday to the Winston Salem Plant.

Resolution: Datafix - RFC 3-7OOVYE8 (Reset the PO 5012316 using script

poxrespo.sql provided in Patch 19254890:R12.PO.D)
