The purpose of the agreement was to ‘enhance the availability and breadth of product in our mutual markets, improve the delivery times. to our customers, and to offer a complete piping system solution from either company. Valtic wes ‘authorized to purchase and sell GF connections to market with their PE Pipe and connections, and GF was authorized to have Valtic manufacture PE pipe for GF to market along with our own PE pipe and connections, Each company continues to take responsibility for their manufactured products and both companies continue to take responsibilty for their sales and channels of distribution.
