Turn off 4th axis of Fanuc

The 4th Axis was disabled by changing the Parameter settings some
years.
DESCRIPTION We need parameters so the B axis can be displayed on the control
position screen and the 4th Axis activation and what ever other
parameters must be set to make it operate.

OVERHAUL Parameter for Fanuc controller on 4th axis off

Axis control 1005.7=1 (18i)
No. of axes 1010=3
OF
Axis indicate 3115.0=1
Total axis control 8130=3 (0iMC)
PROCESS 4th axis alarm indicate K4.7=0
