 Partners desire to join together for the pursuit of common business goals.
 Partners desire to enter into a partnership agreement as the most advantageous
business form for their mutual purposes.
 The parties hereto agree to form a limited partnership under some rules.

ABOUT GET A WAY TRAVEL AND TOURS

Get a Way Travel and Tours provides all travel relevant services. Travel services and assistance
include documentation, ticketing, booking for transportation and/or accommodation
arrangements. Handling and/or conduct of tours within or outside the Philippines. We are
always with our customers’ satisfaction more than the money. A year in the business field and
we are already awarded 2 major awards under TRAVEL AND TOUR SERVICES.

 Discounted rate for you and for your family’s future trip/s.
 Earned as much money as you can with your own flexible time
 Commission earned can be given to you right after your clients booking has been made.
 You are not allowed to receive money from your clients; it should be sent directly to our
bank account as we are avoiding money matter issue under Get A Way Travel and Tours
name.
  Better give us your BDO account for you to get your earned commission right away; it
can also be send through Cebuana Llhuiller and Palawan Express but with a deduction of
150.00 on your total commission for online transaction fee.
 You are not allowed to used Get A Way Travel and Tours in any forms of agenda except
the deal we made.
 The only thing you are allowed to do is to refer clients and once they avail, automatically
you’ll earn your commission.
 How will you know your referral avail our packages? Check our facebook page and we
always post the clients who avail the packages.
 Being a part of the team, you have the rights to carry or used our Travel Agency name to
promote and attract travellers. You are also allowed to post or copy all the things we
have posted and will be posting in the near future.
 Anything about the business is only between you and the company only.
 This is not a forcing job, you can do it anytime you want but mind that this is a
commission based job. So you’ll earn what you work for.
 In case you want to stop working on our team, just give us an email so we will know. Still
everything about the business should only be with the company and you.
 If you fail to follow all the rules, the Security will be immediately provided to the
company owner and the owner is granted all the rights to secure his/her company’s
image.
 WE ALL WANT TO EARN MONEY, So let’s do this together in the right way.
