AFFIDAVIT

I, JOANA MARIE D. TUGADI, Filipino citizen, of legal age, single and a resident
of Block 11, Lot 48, Scorpio Street, Consuelo Heights, Leonarda, Tuguegarao City,
Cagayan, after being sworn to in accordance with law, depose and say that:

1. I am the boyfriend of April Valle Tapaoan;

2. My love for her is genuine and was never based on any false pretenses;
3. Our relationship is real and based on trust;
4. As lovers, and being the man, I spent sum of money for her voluntarily and
she as well spent sum of money for me voluntarily, a mutual way of relationship
in terms of expenditures, because that is what lovers should be;
5. And all the expenses we incurred for each other out of our love for each othere
was never repaid by any of us in money rather by love and care for each other;
6. I never paid her any amount just to engage with me in any sexual activity;
7. In truth, she quit her job in Hongkong when I asked her to try to get a visa for
Australia inorder for her to be with me and meet my family and she shouldered
all the expenses in processing the visa;
8. Unfortunately, she was not able to make it since her beloved mother got
seriously ill and she needs to take care for her;
9. That all that we have was never compensated by any amount of money rather
it was mainly founded on mutual love, trust, respect and care;
10. I am executing this affidavit to attest the forgoing facts;
