 RESIN MANUFACTURE IN THE SYNTHESIA GROUP
DATES BACK TO 1977 AND REPRESENTED A VERTICAL
INTEGRATION FOR THE ACRYLIC PAINTS PRODUCED
AT THE TIME. THE ACTIVITY GREW AND DIVERSIFIED,
MOVING TOWARDS ITS GRADUAL PENETRATION IN THE
LOCAL MARKET AND OTHER COUNTRIES.

IN 2009, THE SYNTHESIA GROUP CREATED THE

COMPANY, SYNTHECOAT S.L.U, TO CONCENTRATE ALL
THE RESIN BUSINESS, WHOSE FUTURE WAS EXPANDED
SIGNIFICANTLY AFTER THE ACQUISITION OF HIGHLY
TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED FACILITIES ALLOWING
THE MANUFACTURE OF HIGH PERFORMANCE
PRODUCTS AND INNOVATIVE SYSTEMS. OUR CURRENT
PRODUCTION CAPACITY IS 40,000 TONES.

The industrial activity of the SYNTHESIA group is carried
out through its subsidiaries, SYNTHESIA INTERNACIONAL,
S.L.U, SYNTHECOAT, S.L.U. and SYNTHESIA PANAMA,
S.A., and is based on the production and sale of
polyurethanes (raw materials and systems), saturated
polyesters and resins. It has an intense export activity.

SYNTHESIA ESPAÑOLA is also the head of a group

of companies, in which it has a direct share, with a
double objective: vertical “upstream” integration and
diversification, both aimed at mutual consolidation.
SYNTHESIA is a range of businesses with a major synergic
effect leading to a global strategic approach.
