 What have I learned from the experience?
 - I’ve learned that being a Civil Engineer has no joke, it carries a big
responsibility and it takes courage to be in this field. As an OJT for almost
two months in Vrameer Builders Corp. I must say that it’s been an
amazing experience for me working to a friendly environment and at the
same time knowledgeable.

They exposed us to the real working environment as a Civil Engineer in

Site, doing things such as punch listing and they always keep on
reminding us to ask questions to the things that is new to our eyes or
somehow make us curious and they also taught us to estimate
reinforcements in footing, columns, beam and cut listing.

 My experiences with the people around me

- From the first day of our OJT and until the end they became hospitable
and generous to us.

 The most memorable event during my practicum

- For me, I think the most memorable event during my practicum is when
we are having an overtime and having fun while working.

 What I can recommend for the improvement of the Practicum

Program

- For me, I think it is that we must enjoy it while learning and learn to cope
to the working environment.

 My advise to those who will take their practicum in the near

future.

- My advise will be they should just enjoy every little thing that will happen
in their practicum and always put interest in everything, and take the
practicum seriously to molded them to become a better engineer in the
near future.
