1. It was observed by the undersigned that Physical Therapists requested

by checked in guests thru the Help Desk are not undergoing the normal
security procedures being implemented such as bag inspection, body
frisking and the logging in and out in the visitors logbook.

2. In line with Security Department duty in ensuring the safety, security

and protection of guests and employees of Azalea Residences, it is highly
recommended that they be subjected to security procedures being
implemented.

3. In this connection, request that their entry point effective immediately

will be at Sierra 3.
