Apex College of Management, 2011-2016.

In this position, I took charge of entire BBA program. I was responsible for about 288 students each
semester. While learning how to establish and promote new services and programs in the college, I also
extensively used and further enhanced my technological skills. While developing and launching the
initiative, I had the opportunity to hone a range of skills: research, program development, assessment,
design and implementation, archival of materials, and marketing and promotion of the program and
specific events. Specifically, I:
Ø Conducted academic programs, helped develop programs, and assisted faculties and guided them at
times.

Ø Worked with students, faculty, and administrators from across the colleges, learning how to pool
expertise and resources, creating opportunities for professional development of business
undergraduate students.

Ø Gathered and documented program data, analyzed and presented results, produced and
documented annual project reports and promotional materials
