Preparation of Complete Survey Returns ------------------------------- 3 days
Survey Approval @ DENR --------------- 30 days to 90 days

INSTRUMENTS TO BE USED
The instruments to be used in the project will be Real Time Kinematic (RTK)
and/or Total Station.

MODE OF PAYMENT
1. 50% advance upon approval of quotation
2. Balance shall be paid upon submittal of the approved survey plan.
