RESUMEN
The thesis "Conflict Management and organizational climate of workers of the National
University of Madre de Dios, consists of seven chapters: Introduction, Methods, Results,
Discussion, Conclusions, Recommendations and References.
The goal is to determine the significant relationship between conflict management and
organizational climate of workers of the National Amazonian University of Madre de Dios, 2016.
The sample consists of 90 workers. The research is correlational, descriptive correlational design
is cross-sectional and for conducting this study the following techniques signing, observation and
survey was used, likewise the following instruments were used such as: bibliographic records and
questionnaire.
The questionnaire applied to workers consists of 40 items that were given to them in a moment
with a Likert scale consisting of five answer choices: 1) Deficient; 2) Regular; 3) Good; 4) Very
good; 5) Great.
It has been shown that the correlation coefficient between variables Conflict Management and
Organizational climate of workers of the National University of Madre de Dios, 2016, is 0.76 at a
significance level of 0.05; and that there is a significant positive correlation was significant for
the studied variables. The coefficient of determination R square is 0.578, which indicates that
57.8% of the observed changes in the organizational climate variable is explained by the variation
of the variable conflict management.

Ho: No existe relación significativa entre el Manejo de conflictos y el clima organizacional de los
trabajadores de la Universidad Nacional Amazónica de Madre de Dios, 2016.
