Kratom

1oz dried Kratom leaf

-Grind to fine powder in coffee grinder

-Add powder to 1 liter of water and boil slowly until about half of the water is evaporated

-strain the powder and set aside the water. Add the powder to a fresh liter of water and boil slowly until about half of
the water is evaporated.

-Strain and discard the powder, combine the water and boil down to about 100ml. Boil further if you desire a tarry
extract.

PREPARATION: First I crushed up about ten leaves. I had read that it can take as little as three and heavy users use up
to thirty. So being a bigger than average guy (6'5', 245lbs) I decided to go somewhere in the middle. This turned out to
be about two level tablespoons of crushed plant material. I had read somewhere that adding lemon juice to herbals
makes the alkaloids survive boiling water, so I did this and let it sit for a little over an hour. I used just enough to cover
and make all of the leaves wet. After this I poured about two cups of water into the mix and then put it all in a pan. I
brought the mixture to a boil, and then turned it down to simmer (almost exactly medium heat). I boiled it down to about
half of it's original volume, then strained the leaf and put the liquid aside. I repeated this process two more times and
combined the three cups of liquid 'extract'. I then boiled this down to about one and a half cups (from what I
understand you're supposed to boil it down to about 100ml and take it all in one shot, but I couldn't wait). I then drank
all of the liquid.

(NOTE: You can boil it down further to a tarry mixture and add flower and sugar and then eat it. I have not tried this yet.
You can also boil it down even further and make a resin to smoke. I have not done this either.)

TASTE: The taste was very tart, and very strong. It almost tastes like bile, very acidic. I don't want to scare anyone from
trying this, but keep in mind that it does not taste good. I tried adding sugar to make it taste better, but I couldn't even
tell that I had put anything in it so don't waste your time (it takes long enough already). I just gagged it down and had
salt and vinegar pringles to chase it. I drank it in about three gulps. After that I ran a little water in the cup and pot and
got all of the stuff off the sides that I could, and drank that. It didn't taste much better, just not as strong. I would
recommend boiling it down more than I did.

EFFECTS: The effects seemed to come on around half an hour after I drank it, maybe a little sooner.

First thing I noticed is a feeling of great euphoria and energy. Not really a messed up feeling, but something was
starting to happen.
After an hour I noticed that I was feeling like I took a painkiller or two, and I was very happy @ this point.

Soon after that I REALLY felt it. I felt as if I had popped a few painkillers. I remember thinking that I shouldn't drive on
this stuff, and I remember being very relaxed and confident about things (normaly I have mild anxiety about social
situations; this was completely gone). The strong effects, or 'peak' if you will, lasted about an hour or two, maybe a bit
longer (I didn't look @ the clock, I was just enjoying myself). I could still feel it a little the next morning (I drank the
liquid around 5:00 in the afternoon).

CONCLUSION: I love this stuff, and it helps me a lot with my anxiety. I have tried it without lemon juice and it tastes
MUCH better, but I don't think that the effects were as strong. More experimentation is needed.

Roughly 9 grams of Thai Kratom powder was placed into an espresso / cappuccino machine. Because the water is
heated to such a degree I thought this would be perfect, and it was. I ran three of the small coffee pots of water
through. The first run came out looking like apple cider. The second looked like tea. And the third like a pale beer. I
then mixed and drank all three within 5-10 minutes after they cooled. The 'tea' tasted like very strong regular old tea. I
then sat down at my drawing table to finish a picture. No immediate effects were noticed.

I have been experimenting with Kratom for the past 6 months and I believe that I have two methods of ingestion that
are worthy of sharing. In fact I feel that I’m obligated to share my knowledge. This wonderful plant will only stay legal
threw responsible and informed usage.

The following is my preferred method of alcohol extraction.

I only work with 3-4 grams of commercial grade crushed leave. I prefer 1 part red vein Thai to 2 parts green vein Thai. I
have tried a lot of expensive “Super Grades” but in my opinion they do not warrant the extra cost. I have never needed
more than 4 grams to achieve the “2 Vicoden” buzz that I enjoy. In rare cases that I want a heavier experience I prefer
to re-dose in a controlled manner rather than take a high dose and hope for the best.

First I weigh my dosage on a reliable scale (1 gram red, 2 grams green). I then place all of it in a coffee grinder and
grind it to a fairly fine powder. I then place the powdered Kratom in a small glass bowl and pour in 2 ounces of vodka. I
then microwave the mixture for about 15 seconds, just until the first signs of boiling. I then remove the mixture from
the microwave and add one more ounce of vodka and repeat the heating process. I then allow the mixture to cool off
enough to handle and pour the entire mixture into a cup lined with a coffee filter. I squeeze out all of the liquid I can.

This yields exactly 2 ounces of brown opaque liquid almost every time. I prefer to drink the mixture like I’m doing a
shooter, chased by a swig of beer. I must admit the taste is so bad that I do not allow myself to taste it.

(T+5MIN) I will feel a slight numbing sensation from the tip of my tongue.

(T+10MIN) I will start to feel a warm opiate buzz creeping up.

(T+15MIN) I will feel very relaxed and mellow but mentally sharp and able to carry on a conversation with out a problem.
I will experience a slight warming in my ear lobes and face.

(T+20MIN) I will reach the peak of the experience and enjoy it until returning to baseline approximately 2.5 hours later.

I have read reports from other Kratom users that have negative effects from re-dosing such as nausea but I have never
had this problem. I have re-dosed as much as 4 times in a 6 hour window with out a problem.

Ingestion:

There are times that having alcohol on my breath or in my system is unacceptable. I have refined this ingestion method
for just such times. Once again I never need more than 3-4 grams of commercial grade. I begin by mixing and grinding
the Kratom the same as if I intend to do a alcohol extraction but instead of using alcohol I use water. I mix my powder
with about 4-5 ounces of water and heat this mixture up on the stove on low heat stirring lightly every 5 minutes. When
the water has been reduced to about one ounce I add just enough flour to make a paste that resembles horse manure.
There really is no better way to describe it.

Then I remove the paste and tear off enough to make a small ball, about a 3/8 of a inch in diameter. I then roll the ball in
flour on a plate. I continue this until I have about one dozen flour coated rabbit turds. These turds will last in the
refrigerator for at least a week. This is my typical experience when ingesting the flour balls.

(T+0MIN) I will eat one third of the yield.

(T+25MIN) I will feel a slight numbing sensation on the tip of my tongue.

(T+35MIN) Heart rate will increase slightly and breathing is slightly shallower. Also my jaw will tighten up similar to
doing cocaine but not nearly as intense. I will also notice a warming in my ear lobes and face. My energy level will
increase noticeably and manual labor is much easier.

(T+40MIN) I will peak out and enjoy until returning to base line approximately 3 hours later.

The first time I tried the ingestion method it became very clear to me why the locals of Thailand would chew the leaves
while performing manual labor.

I have refined these two methods to the point of being able to amp my self up or mellow myself out at will. I have truly
discovered the healing powers of this plant. I use the alcohol extraction as a pain killer and as a cough suppressant. I
use the ingestion method for increased energy and as a hang over helper.

These two methods are not my own creation. I have learned these methods thanks to people sharing their experiences.
I’m grateful to those who have taken the time to share their experiences with me.

Preparation: 1 oz. dried crushed Kratom leaves. Leaves placed into pan, squirted with ~1/2 cup lemon juice. 2 cups
water added. Solution brought to boil, left to boil for 20 minutes. Liquid poured through metal screen into another
container. 2 more cups of water added to leaves and boiled again for 20 minutes, liquid decanted into container again.
Final 2 cups of water added, boiled, and decanted. Leaves discarded.

Note: 1st decanted liquid was a dark brown color, 2nd was much lighter, and 3rd was nearly clear.

Liquid in container placed in now empty original pan and boiled again till down to managable amount of liquid (about 7
ounces). Liquid was divided evenly in 2 cups, 5 tablespoons of sugar was added to each cup and then placed in the
refrigerator.

Experience: The liquid was drank, and it was probably one of the foulest drinks I have experienced (though not nearly
as bitter as my calea tea experience). But I choked it down and awaited the things to come.

T+ 0:15: I begin to feel a pressure on my face and body similar to what I feel during the onset of a cannabis high. My
body temperature seems elevated, but I have no thermometer to confirm this. M says that he is beginning to feel 'one'
with the chair and that he doesn't feel like thinking.

T+ 0:20: We both note that we feel slightly dizzy, slight nausea, I am beginning to sweat. I find myself almost unable to
do simple math (determining how many minutes have passed).

T+ 0:25: I am feeling more nausea, so I get up to drink some orange juice to see if it will help. It doesn't, I vomit.
Afterwards I feel instantly better. I am still sweating.

T+ 0:30: M's dizziness increases, he is unable to read, and says he feels like he just got off a merry-go-round.

T+ 0:35: My nausea returns and I step outside for some fresh air, it does not help, I vomit again. M lays down to help his
dizziness. He says that if he tries to focus his eyes on one thing or try to think about one thing he feels sick. He says he
feels some euphoria and somewhat separated from his body. I can definitely still feel an overall numbness and body
heaviness even after vomiting.

T+ 0:45: My hands are shaking, but not constantly, I still feel nausea, I am still sweating. Typing is difficult. If I lay back
and close my eyes I feel much better. M comments that he weighs a ton. He says he enjoys the feeling as long as he
keeps his eyes closed.

T+ 0:55: I feel as though I could go to sleep with ease, but I do not attempt to.

T+ 1:00: Most of my nausea has subsided. I still feel very relaxed but I can tell that all effects are decreasing in strength
(I am assuming from losing the tea when I vomited). M is experiencing closed-eye visuals, consisting of patterns
similar to indian rugs, one inside another, spinning in opposite directions; also saw mask of female clown mask that
would explode into small balls of energy and then reform into the mask, and repeat; also saw a sheet of red velvet that
got redder and redder in lines going across like reading text, the redder it got the more nauseas he felt, he willed
himself to make it turn white line by line, when it was all white he felt better. We were listening to Radiohead's The
Bends.

T+ 1:10: Godsmack came on the stereo after Radiohead and it was too hardcore for M to handle. He got up to change
the music, became nauseated again and vomited. His closed eye visuals are becoming less dynamic and becoming
more similar to thoughts. I change the music to Victor Wooten's Yin & Yang CD, it is much more soothing.

T+ 1:25: I experience a sudden wave of nausea and vomit. M seems to be in better shape. He says he feels like he just
woke up with a hangover.

T+ 1:40: I am almost completely back to baseline but with the very slightest headache possible. M's positive effects
have subsided and only some negatives remain. His nausea has subsided enough to play Vice City momentarily, but it
comes back within minutes. He notes that he is experiencing bad gas.

T+ 1:50: M is feeling worse than he did 10 minutes ago, he lays back down (he was sitting up).

T+ 2:00: M eats some doritos to try to feel better. They work and he is definitely close to baseline.

I will conclude my experience report there. I am definitely baseline and M will be there soon.

Conclusion: Overall I would say that this was a mostly negative experience. The euphoria and positive body feelings
were quite enjoyable but the dizziness and nausea just totally ruined it. I would try a lower dose to try to avoid the
negative aspects, but the positives were not that strong and I think a lower dose wouldn't yield a positive enough
experience to be worth the trouble. If there was a sure-fire way to prepare Kratom to retain only the positive aspects
and not the negative, it would be a great substance. Until this is discovered, I think my experimentation with Kratom is
over. It is not a substance that inhances creativity or any kind of mind-stimulating goodness that I enjoy.

A little more about Kratom and its effects on me: Kratom shows itself first in its curious stimulant effect, which is
rather like caffeine to me, except glowing, with fuzzy vision. What is curious about it is that it makes me want to do
physical labor, use my muscles, stretch, and focus on the stillness and pleasure of muscle strain and release, for
example, hanging on a pull-up bar would be nice. The stimulation of it lasts for most of the experience but to me it
“slowly converts itself” towards an opiate sensation, including itching, as the caffeine-like buzz settles down a bit. In
both phases of the experience I have found nausea to be possible. Cannabis is a great relief for this and it also
combines beautifully with Kratom.

Other effects of note: It works well as an anti-anxiety cure, allowing me to speak and think at greater ease and with less
hesitation, a euphoric analgesic without the investment and shaky pleasant weight/dullness I seek in other opiates
which kind of smear the experience like a warm puddle around me and behind me. Kratom is more like stiff mellow
vines growing and doggy paddling inside of me and out of my head, far less like my muscles have fallen through the
floorboards, but getting there, and as a sleep aid it works in the same vein as an opiate (the sleep of angels) or benzo,
but less often fluttery in the eyes/double-vision as with opiates nor as instantaneous as benzos. Higher doses are not
enjoyed: blegch!

So why isn’t this the most popular opiate replacement the legal drug world has ever seen? Because it is gross and it is
hard to figure out what supplier is good or bad. “They all look the same.” Nor is it as heavenly and ultimately euphoric
as opiates. Search online and you’ll see what I mean. The plant is coming from Thailand(?)/Indonesia and some even
report growing clones in India, so how are we supposed to know what’s good, or even how to pronounce its name
properly? It seems like a lot of websites are tapping the same suppliers but I’m not sure. I’ve tried two sites and I like
one, but I’m still wondering if there is something better out there. I've had better/worse batches.

A little about Kratom preference and tea: Okay, so “gross” isn’t the best way to describe the flavor of Kratom,
especially the tea, and I feel bad for being misleading for the sake of humor. I'll explain more later about powdered
Kratom. The Kratom tea is actually quite tolerable, it’s harshness comes from being bitter which is easy to tolerate. If
you ask me though, the tea is less effective. There are other things about the tea I don’t prefer as well. If you make it as
a tea, you are talking about spending a good hour or so brewing it + waiting for it to cool. As a general rule: the darker
the tea the better, that means plenty of infused sediment has collected. I've noticed the last sips of my best tea to be
silty, with a slight numbing sensation, the coolest thing about the tea. I have the best luck with multiple infusions,
pouring each into one separate pot to simmer down. A pan helps to make it simmer faster but it can be difficult to pour.
When I do make the tea I try to have a 'hot pot' or electric kettle on hand to quickly boil water, it saves me a good half
hour.

My method: Okay, so I’ve tried all that but I just haven’t found the tea to be as effective to pull “the good stuff” out of
the Kratom. It's still good and provides a nice, warm experience, but I end up wasting a decent amount of time and
product if I’m just looking to get fucked up. I’m not sure if water solubility is an issue or what, but lately I’ve decided to
stop wasting my time with the tea and use the powder. With many powders, I find that “toss ‘n wash” is the way to go.

With Kratom, toss ‘n wash is not the simplest process because the powder is so fine. I notice as I mix water with
powder many dry chunks are in the water and they are hard to stir into solution. No matter how much I drink to wash
down the powder I still have grainy remnants left in my throat after, which is horribly uncomfortable. I've tried soda and
drinking plenty of water but I can't seem to get the grains to wash down which triggers the most unpleasant reaction of
reflex. The only way to really clear out the grainy stuff is to do a nice big cough, which for me, comes out as a loud
powdery gag (where I derived my usage of the word “gross”). There is a way around this and it is the only sure-fire way
I can dose myself on Kratom in less than 5 minutes with any desired amount. It’s very simple.

Kratom Shooters

What you need:

Kratom

A scale

A small shooter cup

Warm water

Honey

Your favorite soda

Fill your shooter cup with some of your warm water. Measure out about 3 grams of Kratom and add to your water. Pour
the Kratom slowly and stir. You should have a greenish-brownish sludge going on that isn’t quite readily mixing into
the water. At this point, add honey. I add a little less honey than Kratom, roughly 1:1. Give yourself a decent amount
because that honey is going to help make sure you don’t get nasty Kratom powder stuck in your throat. Add warm
water on top of this and stir to an equal consistency. I recommend drinking it fast before the Kratom gets frothy and
separates, and chasing it with your favorite soda. Yesterday and today I chose Grape soda with my Kratom Shooters!
The bubbles in the soda also help keep your throat safe and the flavor should mask anything else you aren’t drinking
Kratom for.

My shooter cup holds something like five or six shots of liquid, if that helps you conceptualize, and I chose three
grams of Kratom because I can dose it out easily in multiples from there. As to what kind of Kratom I use: I enjoy Bali
Premium Kratom and Maeng Da Kratom, but due to expense stick with the Bali which runs about ten dollars an ounce
and even less per ounce for a QP. The Maeng Da is cool because it has more of a stimulant kick with some visual
tweaks but it isn’t cost-effective compared to the Bali which essentially does the same thing. For the reason of cost I’ve
never tried the extracts.

In terms of dose three grams is where I see effects begin. It’s a small kick, more caffeine-like and with a mild narcotic
buzz and slight itch. Three of the Maeng Da seems to have more pronounced effects than the Bali. At six-nine grams I
find the dose to be more as I described in the above paragraphs, anti-anxiety, etc. If I had the whole day to just stay
buzzed I’d go for the nine gram dose and let my eyes flutter more, but I wouldn’t go to work that stoned on it, and if I
had physical pain I wanted to manage, I would take it up twelve but I’m not sure I’m good for it after that. Also, at twelve
grams, I am paying almost five dollars for the one dose. There does seem to be a cross-tolerance with opiates but I
haven't mixed enough to say for sure.

Kratom is nice because I can replace alcohol 2-3 nights a week with it without having to worry about scoring painkillers
or dealing with their potentially negative addiction effects, and saving money and hangover pain. So far it is working
out to take it twice a week and I haven’t noticed withdrawal effects save a mild headache from daily use. I like it and will
continue using with self-monitoring but so far I don’t find it nearly as powerful as opiates with less of an urge to use.

There is the chance of nausea with increasing dosage. I do NOT recommend getting too sloshed on alcohol the night
before. That has always made my experience uncomfortable and has caused nausea predictably. An empty stomach
helps a lot but that can backfire. For example, while hungover on a bus from Memphis to Chicago I took Kratom powder
with apple juice and got trapped in the window seat by a five hundred pound woman, without a bag to barf in, oh yeah,
except the one I put my lunch in. So, was it my empty stomach or my empty mind for having decided to down Kratom
under such unpredictable circumstances?

I had been drinking Kava tea for a long time as a mild relaxant to help me get to sleep. When I finally got my hands on
some powdered Kava root, however, I didn't realize that a teaspoon of the stuff was about 10x more effective than the
tea blend I had been drinking previously. I put the aftforementioned powder into a mesh tea diffuser and let it steep for
15 minutes.

One note: don't put Kava in water over 140 degrees, as it renders the Kavalactones useless. But back to what I was
saying...

Kava tastes bad. Not the worst thing I've ever tasted, but still not pleasant. It's very bitter and earthy. I've found that
sugar and vanilla soy milk work well for covering up the taste. After I finished the lukewarm liquid, I laid down and
listened to some music. About ten minutes after I finished the glass, I began to feel very relaxed, with a tinge of
euphoria. Music sounded a bit nicer, but no huge differences like what can be noticed with shrooms or cannabis. The
overall effects lasted about two hours, with the relaxation peaking into a very mild body load about a half an hour in. All
in all, a very nice experience.

About a week after trying the Kava, I got an ounce of Bali Premium Kratom. I decided to take the tea route. I put a
heaping teaspoon of powdered leaf into the diffuser. Much like Kava, it won't be made into a marketable beverage any
time soon, but milk and sugar make it bearable.

When I finished the Kratom tea, I noticed a strong relaxation. Not as euphoric as the Kava, but the overall body effects
were stronger. It felt like I had just taken a small dose of Vicodin. I decided to make a cup of Kava tea and see how they
mixed.

Wow. That's about all I can say about it. Once I finished the Kava, I felt like my head weighed about fifty pounds. My
thoughts were labored and spacey, almost like a medium dosage of cannabis. I laid on the couch and watched TV for a
few hours. I'm not really sure what was on, I was watching more for the noise than anything. I had a perfect feeling of
contentment that in my opinion can only be surpassed by mushrooms. But this stuff is legal, so I can compromise.

All in all, it lasted about three hours. One of the most pleasant drug experiences of my life (marijuana makes me too
paranoid, so I'm not a huge fan). I highly recommend it to anyone looking for some cheap, effective herbal relaxation.

amount : 10 grams of kratom leaf finely powdered shared between two people.
I was given the opportunity of bioassaying some kratom recently from a distributor that imports it directly from
indonesia.

X (the distributor) described an experience where he himself had taken 1 teaspoon (approximately 2 grams) of the
material that had been steeped in a cup of boiled water for 20 minutes and drank material on an empty stomach. To
quote him, ' I don't usually take anything now days but after that one spoon full I found myself completely fascinated
with the television for close to four hours and I had the sound turned off! '

A plant made television interesting?! - That was enough to pique my curiousity.

I put 10 grams of Kratom into a coffee plunger and filled with enough boiled water for two cups and waited for 20
minutes to steep and cool.

I plunged the concoction to remove loose material floaties. A friend and I then shared an equal amount in two separate
cups. The drink was bitter to taste although bearable.

We then went back to some tasks we were into at the time.

At about 20 minutes I started to feel euphoric and chatty although I was noticing a slight slur in my voice and a laziness
in my desire to form words clearly. My friend noted an identical effect. We both agreed that the experience was
definitely positive and had agreed to repeat the experience at a later time.

We enjoyed the space for about an hour and speculated on what it would be like if we took the rest of the material after
again steeping it in some more hot water.

I added the hot water and let it steep for another 15 minutes before stirring vigorously and pouring out two cups.

We then each drank the material and water in one hasty gulp as the drink was close to very foul although I have drunk
worse.

Within 15 minutes my body load experience increased and my mind alert and yet drowsy on other levels much like an
opiate based stone. I was close to compelete immobility and a mind numbing stupor. The body load increased and I
went into a nausea space noting that my brain felt split in two as my eyes were on the mildy acting independently as
they do when I have had maoi's or mushrooms in the distant past.

It was unpleasant as I dont like this sort of space myself as I dont find it good for creativity. I was too stoned to move to
be sick as I laid on the lounge like I had been poured like a buttery thick liquid from a jug. So I rode it out for close to
two and a half hours.

As I recovered the nausea faded with the other bodily discomforts.

During all this my friend had the luxury of having to deal with a long distance phone call at the time and later
mentioned that he was having so much trouble that he nearly had to end the call.

Another friend in the room noted that he had not seen me in that sort of stoned space for well over ten years. Again...
not a space I like to be in.

Upon reflection, it is definitely NOT a good idea to high dose on this substance for myself and I will next time take the
recommended dose.

Preparation: I measured out 8 grams of the powder (about four teaspoons) and dumped it into a pot with three cups of
water and about an eighth of a cup of lemon juice. I brought the entire mixture to a boil and the simmered for twenty
minutes. I then dumped out the liquid, filtering out the powder, and repeated this process twice. While cooking it
smelled just like green tea, and was a light-brownish color. On the last extraction I filtered out the powder and disposed
of it, and combined all three liquids. I then boiled down the liquid to a manageable dose, about two and a half cups. I
have a feeling my preparation took too long, and was more of a headache than it had to be. In retrospect, I don't think
there's any magic to making Kratom tea, and will do less work next time.

Dosing: I poured the tea into two cups respectively, one for myself and one for my girlfriend, she weighs approx. 125
lbs. I took one sip and realized that I needed sugar. We both did. So we added about two tbs. sugar each, and drank
more. She hated the taste, and claimed that it tasted like bile. I didn't find it so bad, but I'm a bit more tolerant than she,
probably due to my Calea tea habit. She also added two persimmon tea bags, and wolfed it down. I took smaller sips
and got mine down too.

The effects were immediate. After each sip I could feel myself getting higher and higher, but never undesireably high.
We made our way to the couch and put some music on, and were both feeling notably pensive, in a positive way. We
talked for a long time, and went outside occasionally to smoke tobacco, which pushed both of us gently higher each
time. After a second cigarette, however, I was hit with a very strong wave of nausea, so much that I had to go to the
toilet and sit next to it for a while. I was so sure I was heading towards puking that I even took my contact lenses out
and had a glass of water ready.

To my surprise, the nausea faded almost completely after about five minutes, sans hurling. I then felt that I was higher
than before; I think the nausea was a signal that I was going to go up a notch. It was great. We went about our business
back on the couch, talking a bit here and there, but also just laying down and munching on crackers (Not the
'munchies,' just hungry). It really was incredibly comfortable. I would drift off for a minute, then come right back. We
both felt wonderful. As the night waxed and waned, we went to bed and fell asleep without any problems at all, and
some rich dreams.

In summary, I wish Kratom was cheaper, but I would be tempted to do it too often, perhaps. I will certainly be taking
more sometime fairly soon, as will my girlfriend most likely. I feel like I could handle six grams of Super Kratom, but
with my close-call of puking, I will probably stick to four or five.

The purpose of this report is to inform the recreational community of the effects of CP 55,940. Having been using CP5
frequently for over 6 months, I believe there is valuable information on the recreational use of it that I can reveal. I
intended to write a report sooner but was too satisfied/content to do so. What sparked my interest to write it now is the
fact that I realized I have control over every important variable, today.

For example, it’s Saturday so I have no responsibilities or obligations outside of my apartment. I have more than
enough kratom, cp5, and nicotine to be able to use as much as desired until going to bed. I am very well hydrated, I
have found the temperature that’s perfect for inside right now, and I have had plenty of sleep/no health issues.

My normal way of going about a usual “fun” day with these substances is preparing the spoon with kratom and the foil-
spoon with cp5 powder. I then consume the kratom and wait about 40 minutes until consuming the first CP5 vapors.

Usually I will continue vaporizing a pile of about 10mg of cp5 powder to start, then refill to about 5mg each time I have
cashed it---this continues throughout the night.

Important/Helpful Notes

Method: READ 'The Sweet Spot' (below) for more details on this method. Place powder into well of foil spoon, light
lighter away from spoon, slowly bring flame under spoon, wait a couple seconds to allow vaporization, inhale through
straw/glass tube. For a long time I used only straws which tend to melt and I have to constantly cut straws to replace. I
recommend using a wide-mouthed plastic straw which won't melt or a small glass tube.

Immediate effects: After the first vape, I notice effects on the lungs and chest/head area. It is a sort of weight and might
even be more difficult to breathe because of the absorption of moisture---dry mouth. After about 20 minutes, someone
who is new to CP5 will be completely high using the said amounts, using said method, and it will NOT be good. See the
first-time user section for more information.
When Compared to Weed: My experience with marijuana is limited, but enough to note distinct similarities between it
and CP5. One thing that’s obvious is dry mouth---just like with pot, I get dry mouth. Just like with pot, I think
alternatively and laugh at everything because I am curious. Aside from what you have read in this section, I know of no
other significant difference---I enjoy CP5 as a replacement for marijuana and I’m perfectly satisfied. CP 55,940 is much
more potent than the average quality of weed. It’s basically like hash. I have read from other reports that it is smoother
and less psychedelic than marijuana, which makes sense since it’s an engineered research chemical while pot is a
plant with many subtle variables/ingredients to it.

The Sweet Spot: It takes some practice to maximize efficiency of using CP5 on foil. I light the lighter away from the foil
spoon so that I can control the speed the temperature under the powder increases by slowly bringing the lit flame over
to the spoon. I should not place it directly on the foil because the area above a flame is the hottest; I hold it so the top
of the flame touches the spoon. If I am lucky, I will find the sweet spot---a mini-atmosphere of pure CP5 vapors---they
are white, and all I have to do is inhale from the cloud as if drinking from a glass of lemonade. When I have found the
sweet spot (which normally exists only once per pile since the majority is vaporized while its creating that cloud), I
remove the flame quickly because the foil will stay lit by itself. I give it about 3 seconds of making that white cloud
before removing the flame. While I inhale, the atmospheric cloud will remain there the entire time, and a slight flame
will remain under the foil. It may even ignite, which is fine---I just put it out by waving my hand in front of it. With the
first vaping cycle---10mg---I was able to find the sweet spot 3 times since its plenty of powder to form that cloud.

First-Time-User Warning – Twice now I have experienced something one will want to avoid with first time use. Since I
am quite experienced, I had an individual vaporize an amount close to 5mg. I figured that one hit would be plenty since
they are new. Well, one hit of even 5mg is too much. Both individuals reported trouble breathing (nothing severe, just
unpleasant), and mind going a mile a minute and just not ideal. It went completely away for both of them, so if this
happens there is no emergency; just wait it out. When I first tried it, I used just a speck of powder because I knew
nothing about it. Using specks of powder until effects are noticed is what I would recommend for a first-time user---get
a feel for it the first time, don’t be stupid.

Withdrawal Warning – If one becomes an avid user of CP5, then withdrawal could become an issue. I have enjoyed
binges of CP5 which were quite, but the first day without CP5 was very difficult. Insomnia is the primary symptom.
Temperature sensitivity increases and palms may be sweaty throughout the entire day. To deal with this, I just try to
live healthily---drink plenty of water, get in bed early and take sleeping meds to ensure enough rest, paying attention to
temperature and adjusting to make it the most comfortable. Having someone to talk about depression with can help.
The worst of withdrawal I noticed only the first couple days and only after doing a minimum of 30mg daily for over 2
months. So withdrawal is not an issue unless one is going to revolve one's life around CP5 for a period of a month or
longer, like I did.

Generic Chronography

The weather outside is perfect (70F+, sunny) and it’s almost the same temperature outside as in---such an environment
makes this experience better. I’m also caught up with personal responsibilities/at peace with everything---makes it
better.

2:20PM – Consumed .5 tbsp enhanced bali kratom

2:45PM – Effects of kratom obvious (which means I am feeling very good and at peace with everything---very similar to
codeine if you haven’t tried kratom), beginning work on 10mg of CP5 (vaporizing from foil)
First hit – extremely good first hit, good enough to note here
2:52PM – I have vaped twice, both were sweet spots. Going to have a cigarette now. The effects of the kratom are
somewhat hidden by the effects of the CP5, but its subliminal effect is enough to create a more ideal recreational
experience than CP5 alone.

3:00PM – I just finished typing the “withdrawal warning” section of this report. I feel absolutely perfect---kratom effect
is prevalent/perfect, CP5 effect is absolutely perfect, as expected. I will continue to vape and smoke cigarettes
throughout the night. Most likely I will not redose on kratom---the initial hit of the day is where I enjoy kratom the most
since its effects are not yet as muddled by the CP5. I will not update anymore unless something interesting happens.
End of report.
I have been interested in kratom for quite some time, and have researched it very thoroughly, so I felt comfortable
giving it a try this weekend. I had discovered that the primary active principle, mitragynine, is not very soluble in water,
and that as a result many of the dosage recommendations are somewhat suspect. Furthermore, I found that even
people using water extraction methods tend to regard the 25-50 gram 'strong experience' recommendation to be
insanity. As a result of this research, I decided to use only 6 grams (2 tablespoons), expecting that this would probably
afford me a medium-level experience. Boy was I in for a surprise!

Preparation:
I placed 6g crushed Kratom (regular crushed kratom, NOT superkratom) into a small glass, and poured in just enough
ethanol (I used 80 proof vodka) to cover the leaves, and put it in the microwave for 15 seconds. Much of the ethanol
was absorbed into the leaves, so I again poured in enough to just barely cover them, and microwaved for another 10
seconds, then strained the liquid into a teacup. I then added 70 mL water to the glass, and microwaved it for another 45
seconds. I let it steep for a few minutes, then microwaved it for 10 more seconds for good measure. I added this liquid
to the alcohol/kratom extract in the teacup.

My total yield was 1/3 cup of opaque light brown liquid, and my total preparation time was about 5 minutes. Makes me
feel sorry for the folks who slave over the stove, boiling and re-boiling and reducing their brew.

The Experience:
At 11:05pm, I drank the kratom brew, and washed it down with some iced tea. It was very bitter, but really not too bad.
I've certainly consumed worse things in the name of psychoactivity.

About 5 minutes later, I was beginning to feel a creeping euphoria wash over me. Since I was only expecting a
moderate experience, I had whipped up a bowl of Kava Kava to augment the experience. I started to drink a cup of it,
then realized that maybe I should wait if the effects of the kratom were already noticeable, and I didn't want to overdo
things.

At 11:25pm (T+20), I was feeling a very intense euphoria. I couldn't believe that I'd had such a wonderful plant just
sitting in my drawer for several months without having tried it. I haven't tried any opiates, so I don't have a very good
basis for comparison, but my guess is that if you have experience with opiates, you will know the feeling that I'm
talking about.

At 11:30pm (T+25), my face begins to feel warm. Over the next half hour, warm becomes hot, and I begin sweating
profusely. I try standing by my window, but that doesn't help, so I lay down on my floor and start fanning myself. This
helps somewhat.

Being a fan of cannabis, I tend to associate euphoria with food appreciation, so I had put a snack in the oven. When it
was done (around midnight, T+55), I got up to get it, and discovered nausea. I brought the food into my room, then
promptly set it aside, feeling that my stomach wasn't up to eating. I lay down for a minute or two. This helped, so long
as I didn't look around too quickly. I then got up and decided to put my bowl of kava in the fridge, since the experience
seemed far more intense than I had anticipated already. This brought on more nausea, but I was able to handle it, and I
quickly returned to my room and lay back down. I also seem to have minor shakes, which manifested whenever I got
up to do something.

The nausea and the shakes didn't concern me, since both are very commonly associated with opiates, and my pulse
was normal. They did, however, indicate that my dose was significantly more than 'moderate'. These mild discomforts
were pretty well offset by the euphoria, which was still very intense.

At 12:20am (T+1:15), I began floating in and out of waking dreams, the 'nod', whatever you want to call it, where you're
not really asleep but you still see dreamlets and dream fragments floating before your eyes. This goes on for quite
some time. I find myself wishing that I had smoked some Calea, so I could see what effect it would have on the waking
dreams, but I don't want to get up and risk losing the dreaming part of the experience.
At 12:40am (T+1:35) the hot flashes and shakes seem to have ended. At 1:15am (T+2:10) things began to calm down
somewhat, my mind began to clear and the waking dreams began to grow fewer and further between.

At 2:00am (T+2:55), the waking dreams are pretty much over, and my head's mostly cleared, but the euphoria's still
with me. My stomach has a little discomfort, but it's not bad; I can walk around without nausea. The euphoria is still
present.

By 3:30am (T+4:25) I am effectively back to baseline. I still have a mild afterglow from the experience, but the blatant
euphoria is gone.

Conclusions:
I've been reading through the opiate vaults to get a basis for comparison, and I'd say that my kratom experience was
probably equivalent to a strong oxycodone experience. I cannot stress enough how important it is to be careful when
using kratom. Although erowid lists 6 grams (of dry leaf) as somewhere between a Threshold and Light experience, I
would subjectively consider my experience to fall between Strong and Very Strong. I highly recommend using an
ethanol-based extraction technique and starting with a dose of 3 grams (1 tablespoon). I realize this is contrary to most
of the information that you will find, since most sources do not even consider 3 grams to be an active dose, but it is my
opinion that this is generally due to extreme inefficiency of extraction techniques.

Use care, know peace, and find fulfillment in all that you do.

Background: I am not too fond of lengthy opening paragraphs of every substance ever used by the author. In attempt
to still give background, I have dabbled in most opiate prescription meds, prescription stimulants, and the college
years marijuana. Nothing too hard, nothing 'too' illegal. Hence, my curiosity in legal alternatives.

My goals with substances are frequently twofold: 1.) something that will aid with my school work and/or general writing
endeavors (like blogs and columns on my philosophical interests), and 2.) something that helps open up to creativity in
songwriting.

With the abundant Kratom recipes, I had already attempted 'this' recipe with alcohol, 'that' recipe with hot water, and
the 'toss and wash' (or plug and chug) attempt. It wasn't that I thought they were bogus, I think I was just being so
cautious with very little product. I have found that the manufacturers 'active at X grams' advertisement to be craptastic
marketing. Technically it is active, just like a teaspoon of coffee is 'active.' You won't feel it, though.

Method/Route/Recipe: Anyway, on a whim, I thought I would try some capsules. On various forums, it has been
'generally' accepted that 'plug and chug' is the most effective method/route/potency. While some said capsules are not
as potent as toss n' wash, I fail to see why that would be the case at all. What I DID, find though, is that you really, really
need to give it much more metabolism time with capsules. Do NOT take another re-dosage if you barely feel anything a
half hour in. I actually kind of like the slow build up myself.

Dosage: Too many different dosage guidelines online, and I still am not sure on what 'strong' is and what is 'medium,'
because I'm still unsure on exactly how much I took. I'll ballpark, though. Supposedly, these 00 capsules likely hold .5
grams or 500 mg's). So to get to 10 grams, I obviously took quite a few. A downside to capsules. Oh, AND, this was a
Thai mix. Important to note for those getting started.

Setting: Had not eaten for about 4 hours. This is another solid warning online, take on empty stomach. It seems to
make a large difference. Was working on a mega-huge grad school paper. Listening to some melodic indie/folk
selection.

Experience: Again, remember that capsules take a while.

- at about 30 mins: begin to experience an 'up' or stimulant quality. This was much more of an excited and engaging
rush, rather than cracked-out anxious. No anxiety (and I am an anxious guy). Music was sounding markedly solid,
conversation on IM was very engaging and fun, and my engagement with my paper was really rolling well.
- about 50 mins: More of a wellbeing, mildly euphoric buzz/high (probably more than just a buzz) creeps in. Again,
music enhanced and conversation engaging. Still very alert, and not sleepy or drowsy or any 'nods.'
- about 1:20: Still easily noticeable wellbeing, mild euphoria, enhanced pleasure in activities and surroundings. Begin
first negative sideFX, though, in becoming dizzy. Kind of a funny dizzy while sitting, more noticeable and disturbing
when standing.
- about 1:45 in: Still nice wellbeing, enhanced pleasure and feelings, but dizziness more apparent. Slight, not too bad,
nausea. I don't think this is really from the plant matter ingested, as it is from just feeling dizzy, and maybe walking too
much. Still feel quite nice when sitting, listening to music. Vision a little bumbly, but manageable. Important note: the
dizziness would be MORE than enough to impair driving. Do not mix the two.

- about 2:10 in: Still heightened wellbeing, feeling nice. The euphoria already peaked, but lingers on; not bad at all. Very
much still under the influence, and not placebo. Ate a few (just like 3) pretzels and dizziness has reduced quite a bit,
which may be because of small amount of food or just time.

- 2:30 in: Well, I am writing this report, so... Felt I needed to share. Can feel the FX still, much as before. Still a little
dizzy, but still feeling very warm and pleasant.

...I would expect this to continue for likely another 1 1/2 - 2 hours. That would make for about, say with a beginning 30
mins of nothing, oh say ... 3 1/2 - 4 hour experience.

Summary: I am impressed, and glad to have found something, with so many varied recipes that can be difficult through
which to sift. Potential? Yes! Have I found the perfect route and dosage? Not yet, but nice to know there is something
there to be found. I like it, great alternative to opiate high, with some differences that are good (like energy level) and
others not as good (dizzy, different type of euphoria, or at least more experimentation required to find it).

Substance and Dose: 1 teabag Yerba Mate Tea, steeped for 15 minutes in hot (not boiling) water. ~20g regular grade
Kratom brewed for about 20 minutes in the same kind of water, stirring occasionally.

Experience: After downing the Yerba Mate tea, I started packing. Almost instantly after drinking the stuff, I felt a boost
of energy, similar to caffeine but much more...stable is the best word for it. I get jittery and get headaches on caffeine
and this was like a higher dose of caffeine but much more enjoyable. After 5 minutes, I drank the Kratom tea as well
(both teas were just the water, not the actual plant material). Within 10 minutes I felt the familiar warmth kratom (and all
opiates) gives me. I was energetic and wanting to get stuff done, yet euphoric and composed. I am a huge fan of the
combination of an 'upper' and a 'downer,' my favorite thus far being ritalin and oxy, but this felt a lot less oppressive
than that combination. This combination is exactly what I needed to help me get through another long day of packing
and moving. I can report no negative effects, and am very very happy with the results. This combo is LEGAL in every
way, and I think I just found my new favorite after-work fix. Both substances are cheap and while the kratom tea doesnt
taste wonderful, it certainly isnt bad and the yerba mate tea I had was flavored and tasted awesome. This is a very safe
combo as well, which I like about it too. Well, time for me to get back to packing! Be safe!

I have had much experience with psychedelic substances in the past, but have not taken any for a few years until now.
I am also into spiritually and practice Yoga and meditation several times daily.

I am not on any medication currently or for the past four years.

9:30 PM: I drank a small cup of water which I a added about 5 grams of Kratom and stirred.

10:30 PM: The effects have come on, but unlike the first time I tried Kratom, this time I decidedly do not like what I'm
feeling. I was clearer and more energetic before and now am beginning to feel cloudy, and down in a way. I guess
people who like painkillers might enjoy Kratom but I wasn’t liking the experience too much.

So I decided since I was experimenting I would give morning glory seeds a chance as well. I counted about two
hundred and fifty seeds and after blessing them and picking an intention (mine was to gain insight into my life) I ate
them raw and drank water to wash them down.

11:00 PM: begin to feel some effects but maybe placebo. Feels like the beginning of a trip like on mushrooms used to
be like.

12:00 PM: After overcoming come fears and nauseous feelings I perk up. Now I feel relaxed and loved. Not euphoric by
any standards but very good and relaxed and slightly psychedelic. The thing about eating the seeds raw (maybe also
with other preparations I’m not sure) is that all my sense of taste is warped. I drink water but it tastes salty much like
the seeds. I eat a bit of food but again cant taste much. Strange.

At one point I started playing guitar in my room. I felt that I was playing without effort. The words came naturally too. I
made a bunch of heartfelt songs within a few minutes. Ofcourse the next day I had forgotten them ,) my voice sounded
so beautiful and I felt in touch with the most creative part of me. Very loving, tender and innocent. Very nice feeling.

Then I headed to bed at some point because I realized my 'trip' wasn’t going to be very intense. Once in bed I had no
desire to listen to music, but simply to listen to my thoughts. My thoughts were altered. Not the thoughts themselves
but rather the quality of them. They were much more eloquent than usual. No effort was needed to figure things out.
They flowed in and out of each other with amazing clarity. I gathered one or two basic insights about myself, but
realized mainly that there wasn’t too much insight I needed to gather about myself and that I was pretty clear on who I
was. That was reliving for sure since I was expecting some huge challenge to be overcome or some huge doubt to
arise. They never did.

Conclusion: I realized the spirit of morning glory seeds is very nice and friendly (to me). They are gentle and alter the
quality of thinking just enough while still being comfortable (at this dosage). The seeds have potential for teaching, and
yes also for relaxing and enjoying a different experience in my life as long as I am happy, peaceful and loving when I
eat them.

Background: I have tried just about every well known drug out there, as well as several lesser known substances.
Regarding the opiates, I have used codeine, oxycodone, and heroin.

4:06- Very excited, happy. Probably because I get to try something new.

4:13- Feeling very relaxed. Slight aching in my chest, but feeling good otherwise. I did have a beer before the Kratom. I
feel really spacy… kind of like my head is floating in a thick liquid.

4:20- Took a little more. At this point, I’ve taken half of an order of 10x extract. Feeling pretty mellow and I’m really
digging the Flaming Lips I’m listening to. The Kratom extract kind of tastes like opium.

4:27- Although I am somewhat unimpressed, this does remind me of a codeine high. I suppose it’s because I’ve been
so involved with psychedelics lately, that I’ve lost an appreciation for other states of being. I could see this as being a
good substance to use for relaxation. I feel a little drowsy as well. For the money, it’s probably not worth it though.
Honestly, I can’t believe that this is illegal in some parts of the world. The effects are noticeable, but certainly not
anything that would impair a person, or become addictive. I notice that I am often void of any emotions at all, although I
do feel an occasional sense of happy serenity.

4:40- I’m finding that this feels a like other opiets, except it’s missing one part… I’m trying to put my finger on it. It’s
like being on an opiate, but without the “nods” so to speak. It is subtle, but certainly not weak.

4:50- Definitely don’t want to move.

5:00- Seems like it’s beginning to wear off a little.

5:10- Decided to take a hit of salvia 10x extract. I thought it might be interesting to add another drug that affects the
mu-opiod receptors. Generally, I get visuals from salvia, but this time the whole experience was physical. I felt very
much like I was below and slightly to right of something. Haha, I suppose that in reality I am always below and to the
right of something, but I was very aware of my body having the sensation of being below and to the right; off-center at
any rate. Jesus, you better get the DEA working on this. It’s like, “Hurry. He feels slightly more towards the right than
usual! Better make a law against that before he goes too much to the bottom-right!” Idiots. I can see how Kratom might
make a person a little nausous, but it’s very mild. I am not finding Kratom to act as an analgesic though, because if it
were, my shoulder ache would go away. I’m gonna go take a warm shower.

6:20- Well, I’m pretty much baseline by now, although I am still slightly nauseas.

Afterthoughts: Well, I have mixed feelings about Kratom. The positive side is that at the peak of the experience, this
really is a good opiate substitute (without many of the negative aspects of opiates.) However, the peak lasted only
about a half hour; so between the mild naseua and the expensive price, I’d say that this isn’t something I’ll purchase
again. It certainly has the feel of an opiate, although there is something missing. I didn’t find Kratom to be as euphoric
as traditional opiates, but I think it is also much less likely to be addictive. While it was worth a try, I would not consider
buying it again unless I could find a cheaper source.

Relaxing at my house while a heavy rainstorm rages outside, ready to try Kratom for the first time I was in a peaceful
mindset, no stressors to harsh my buzz, and I am ready to spend a night enjoying a new psychoactive substance. I had
recently acquired a package. I got 4g of kratom 15x extract, 1g wild dagga 25x resin, 1g lotus paste, etc... Anyway,

9:51
I mix as close to 2 grams of the light brown powder as I can without scales into some tea, and add a little bit of honey
because I have heard it has a bitter taste. It mixed very well, I expected to have to stir this thing for a while to get the
clumps out, like a protein shake, but it was very soluble. I downed the glass, no problem. It didn't really taste bad at all,
it actually tasted a little bit like instant ice tea mix, so tea was the perfect medium. I washed the glass out to get the last
of the grains. I had a kinda empty stomach, I had eaten a sandwich about two and a half hours ago.

10:05
I go out to my garage. I have a little corner all set up with my rows of different herbs and paraphernalia and the like, and
a little chair. I start rolling a joint. I ground up 1/2g mid-grade cannabis and 1/2g I.O. Dro buds for the taste, as well as to
space out my pot habit, as it is quite expensive.

10:07
I start feeling a Hydrocodone-like buzz, my eyes felt somewhat ho, and I felt warm and fuzzy.

10:10
Rolling joints slowly, motor coordination slightly impaired. I feel a euphoria and a definite opioid buzz. Delicious.

10:18
Ah, there it is, the familiar itch. It said that 2g was a strong dose, I would hate to think that this is the peak. I feel heavy,
and have no want to stand up, or go anywhere. I'm not sure how long the ascension takes before the plateau, as I have
never ingested this substance before. is very enjoyable, I will say, not at all unlike eating 3 or 4 percocets.

10:30
I smoke a joint.

10:42
I totally lose track of my lighter. Smoking really increases the buzz of both the Kratom and the marijuana. I find my
lighter to my right, next to my leg. I have not moved from my cross-legged position since I came out. I would say that
the 'level of high' would be equal to that of smoking a joint with red rock opium in it. I feel stuck, but 'up' at the same
time. Quite nice, but I was expecting more of a stoning quality. Black tar opium, the real stuff, is one of my favorite
drugs, and sadly it has not come around my area of Southern Indiana for 3 1/2 years, maybe more. *sigh*

10:50
Really getting into my music, euphoric trance at the time. It is now setting in with everything else. I pack a small bowl
with a small chunk of Tibetan three lotus paste on top. The flavor of this stuff is amazing!

11:02
I finally get around to lighting the pipe. After about three good hits, I put a small chunk of Wild Dagga resin on top.

11:08
At this point, I am quite stoned, a wonderful warm and fuzzy euphoric tingly feeling. The thunder shakes the whole
house, and the lights flicker. I close my eyes and listen to the storm.

11:21
The high now is like Oxycontin with a lot of pot

11:25
Really itchy off and on, not as bad as, say, snorting 60mg of OC or anything like that. I feel Great though.

11:47
I start to feel the Kratom start to wear off very slowly.

12:30
Still kinda toasted, I'll start up a game of Civ III.

1:00?
I go to bed, still feeling the afterglow effects.

Next Day: I experienced no hangover or negative effects whatsoever.

This will be a pretty brief report, but it was abnormal and interesting so I will relay my experience nonetheless.

For the sake of completion, I should mention that two days ago, I ingested a combination of 2C-T-21 and 2C-C. I don't
feel this had anything to do with my experience, but I thought I'd mention it.

At 7:00pm, I ingested 9 grams of kratom after not having had it for longer than usual. I took it not out of a mental
craving but because minor withdrawal was starting to creep in and I'm currently weaning myself off, primarily to save
money so I'm not poor for the rest of my life. Anyway, the kratom hit me much harder and with greater euphoria than it
has in a long time, another perk to cutting way back. I settled down with my girlfriend to watch some TV. As it happens,
I was watching a Roseanne marathon (again).

At about 9:00, or T+2:00, I decided to smoke some cannabis. I had smoked it once earlier that day, around 6:30, but it
had mostly worn off. The kratom was still in effect but no longer at peak. I took three vaporizer pulls as well as shared a
bowl with my girlfriend, in rapid succession. Both devices had a mixture of very high quality White Widow and L.S.D. (a
very good newish strain by BOG seeds) in them, and the bowl additionally had a thin layer of pure kief on top. I hit the
vaporizer first, and after finishing the bowl next, I laid back and continued to watch TV.

I noticed that I was becoming extremely high, moreso than usual. I find that kratom adds a very good element to
marijuana. The combination of the two can be pretty psychedelic. Kratom primarily enhances the physical buzz of
cannabis by making me more able to feel my field of energy. Cannabis on its own causes this effect moreso than
almost anything else I've used, which is in my opinion why it is so synergistic with psychedelics and almost any other
drug. It is a very physically psychedelic substance, even after I become used to it and the mental elements become
routine. With kratom added, it feels as if waves of electrical energy are running up and down my body and leaping
outward, forming loops which reconnect with my body elsewhere. The patterns of energy roughly form the visual of a
group of closed rings of energy that sprout from my body randomly and reconnect somewhere else, surrounding me in
a sort of cocoon.

Anyway, I felt so good and psychedelic that I closed my eyes for a bit, as doing so, I've found, can dramatically
increase the physical and mental aspects of any high by dissociating me from my surroundings and focusing me
entirely upon the aspects of my high. This time was more dramatic than it has ever been without being in a partial sleep
state.

I quickly dissociated from where I really was. The body high grew and grew exponentially until it felt nearly salvia-like,
with points of great gravity or pressure running around my body, especially my legs - down, down, down, light speed,
even faster. I gradually lost awareness of the sounds of the TV and began to realize I was somewhere else. At this point
I was unaware I had taken any drugs, but wide awake. I was still aware I was laying down. I began to feel a great
pressure on my chest, and I began struggling to breathe. It felt like my throat was extremely narrow and I had to force
air to pass through it into my lungs. I was slightly alarmed but I was able to continue breathing so I rode it out. And
besides, this was my reality at the moment and I felt I had no choice.

I knew I was me, but I didn't know who 'me' was other than this nexus of perceptions I was experiencing. I became
aware of some sort of entity that was communicating with me. I can't remember what was being communicated
anymore, although I was very aware at the time and right after I regained awareness of my surroundings. It felt very
important though. We were in disagreement but the entity was clearly a figure of authority of some sort. My feeling was
one of wariness and sheepish acceptance of what the entity was saying. I was not able to actually physically see
anything during this experience, as I had my eyes closed, but nevertheless I was able to perceive information about
where I was. I was in some sort of room, laying down on my back (in reality I was on my side). I was unable to move but
was fully conscious and awake. I felt no fear but the experience was not really enjoyable either. It felt very serious and
slightly alarming due to the difficulty in breathing effectively.

After some communication and some other significant events that I cannot recall anymore, I felt as if I was receiving
energy from somewhere. My body felt charged and was buzzing extremely strongly, to the point of producing a
soundless but still very loud 'noise'. I was buzzing so hard it tickled, and at that point I became aware once again that I
was laying down with my eyes closed, and that I was this guy named Xorkoth and so forth. I opened my eyes and
immediately I was totally out of the state I had been in. I looked at the clock and realized I'd only been away for about a
minute. Subjectively it felt longer, but only maybe about 10 minutes long, not an eternity or anything. I immediately told
my girlfriend about it in more detail than I was able to here, since I had more of it in my memory then.

The experience was very odd and similar to another experience I had with kratom and weed a while back, where I was
repeatedly thrown into lucid dreams that were indistinguishable from reality in every way, where I was embedded 3 to 4
layers deep in those dreams. I then woke up and had sleep paralysis for several minutes where I couldn't move at all
and found it very hard to breathe. This experience was similar, but it was a total removal of consensual reality into a
very psychedelic state, whereas the previous experience was just like reality, only it wasn't. The difficulty breathing
was identical, but it seemed to be a perceived difficulty in breathing rather than an actual one, because in both cases,
the instant I snapped out, I was able to breathe normally.

The speed and total removal of the state really took me by surprise. It reaffirms to me the psychedelic power of
marijuana, when used properly. If one wills themselves into altered states with it, it's possible to have some pretty
profound experiences with it, even when you use it every day like I do.

When I get home later today I'll ask my girlfriend what I said to her about it right afterwards, and perhaps she'll be able
to refresh me somewhat. If that's the case, I'll add to this.

Just wanted to share because I found it interesting. Has anyone else had any experiences like this?

I have decided to ingest couple of leaves of Kratom and Dream Herb on empty stomach today after I woke up. Although
I say empty stomach, I was drinking water. I chewed the leaves and tasted their bitterness, swallowed them and
meditated. I had pleasant after taste in my mouth, so I chewed a couple more. Then my body said it was enough. I kept
sitting comfortably and meditated.

The interaction of me, kratom and dream herb was very peaceful and generally increased my emotional balance,
happiness, optimism and enjoyment of even trivial activities. It increased my empathy, love and kindness. The anxiety
and worries have disappeared, the emotional reactivity has vanished.
