MPA LLC is "Sounding the Alarm" for LEADERSHIP-Stewardship by

residential and commercial stakeholders of Milwaukee that make up its
population.
Your city is in the process of "SEIGE" by those of favor and given privilege with
your charter, laws and most of all your tie-in to FEDERAL FUNDING and FEDERAL
G U I D E L I N E S .
THERE ARE GROWING "well-known"-"well-positioned" CAUCASIAN MONOPOLY-
OLIGOPOLY GROUPS ON A COURSE OF GREED, GENTRIFICATION, WIDE-SPREAD
DISCRIMINATION, REAL ESTATE TAKEOVER, CITY COFFERS AMENITIES AND
CONTINGENCY FUNDS, AND DISRESPECT BY VARIOUS BRANCHES OF THE CITY
GOVERNMENT.
HEAR YE! HEAR YE!
FOLKS, talking amongst yourselves without ACTION PLANS of Solidarity for
REMOVAL OF elected and appointed officers who have failed their OATH OF
OFFICE (time-and-time again) is a recipe for continued disparities.
MPA LLC starts with People of Color BLOCKING and carrying water for CRUMBS.
Those voting for Resolutions and laws to meet the goals of those who live in the
n e i g h b o r i n g s u b u r b s .

The turncoats and Spooks by the Door must be unveiled, called out and given
their Walking Papers. NO ONE IS EXEMPT.

It is important that I note that we MUST scrutinize those at the helm of various
offices within the neighborhood NON-PROFIT sector (this includes donor
organizations within the neighborhoods) that are doing the reprehensible WILLIE
LYNCH tactics and the wrongful bid of those who are in city hall and those at the
c o u n t y c o u r t h o u s e f o r s t a r t e r s .
African Americans and People of Color selected as a figurehead with support for
an annual fundraiser, those sitting too long on various appointed committees and
boards, those on BIDS (doing nothing), and those being invited to the A-list
e n d e a v o r s h a v e g o t t e n s u p e r c r a z y .
We have CORE CONSTITUENTS consumed - mired in Enduring Concentrated
Poverty, who have been displaced, missed soft- and hard skills, without access,
literacy, and use of Broadband ARE WAITING for those of us "in Leadership" to
LEAD with a mandate that connects the dots of today's economic advantage.
