TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR A QUIZ BASED TELEVISION PROGRAM TENTATIVELY TITLED
“BIG MONEY - CHOTA PARDA BADA GAME” – FOR INDIANS RESIDING IN INDIA
Part A: Big Money - Chota Parda Bada Game - Program & Registration Procedure
(1) “Big Money - Chota Parda Bada Game” is a quiz game show which will test the knowledge of the participants with regards to media and entertainment industry in India and the content broadcast
on Indian Television. The Program is organized by Big Synergy Media Limited (BSML) and will be exploited including without limitation broadcast by Turner General
Entertainment Networks India Limited (“Company”).
(2) Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible to participate in the Program,
a. Individuals must form a team, which should consist of four family members related to each other through blood or otherwise (“Participating Family”).
b. It is mandatory for at least one adult to be part of the Participating Family i.e a family should have atleast one adult member participating in the Program.
c. The child (children) participating in the Program should be of 9 years and above of age at the date of the submission of the entry.
(3) This registration process and the rules and regulations stated in this document apply only to the Indians residing in India. Non resident Indians (NRIs) (residing in India or outside India) or foreign
nationals or PIO (Person of Indian Origin) or OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) may register through the following website www.ndtvimagine.com. The rules and regulations applicable for such
NRIs or foreign nationals or PIOs or OCIs are also stated on the above mentioned website and only those rules and regulations shall be applicable to them.
(4) The registration process for inviting entries shall commence from 8th June, 2010 and end on 25th July, 2010 (“Registration Period”).
(5) A Participating Family is free to register/send in their applications/entries by following any one of the following modes of Registration respectively:
OPTION (A) Registration by calling on the landline number (91) (022) (40174800)
(i) Any adult member of the Participating Family can call on the specified number i.e. (91) (022) (40174800). As a part of the Registration Process, the same adult member of the Participating
Family is required to provide information including personal information or any such information which shall be asked by the authorised representative of the Company/BSML or such other third
party appointed by the Company/BSML during the call. It is construed that an adult member of the Participating Family who is registering for the entire family in the registration process is
representing the family as a whole. Each of the Family Members and/or the Family shall be jointly and/or severally, responsible to obtain all approvals, permissions, licenses, consents etc. that may
be required by that Family Member for that Family to participate in the Program. On successful completion of the registration, the Participating Family will be a given an application number
/registration number.
(ii) After the successful completion of the registration procedure through call on the landline and an application number/registration number being allotted to that Participating Family as stated in
Rule 7 hereinbelow, the Participating Family should also send the certified true copy(ies) of the supporting documents as evidence of the relationship between family members and supporting the
information provided by the Participating Family in the registration form/during the Registration. All certified true copies of the supporting documents could be posted to Big Money,
PO Box No 9469, Chakala MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai 400 093 or can be scanned and sent by e-mail to bigmoney@turner.com. If sent by e-mail, the original certified true copies must be
submitted with theCompany/BSML at the address mentioned herein on or before the Participating Family is called by the Company/BSML for auditions as stated herein below. The Participating
Family must also carry the photographs and the original supporting documents at the Auditions to enable the Company/BSNL to verify the documents/information provided in the Registration Form
or during the Registration.
(iii) The telephone lines for accepting entries through the landline number shall be open on all days during the Registration Period between 12 noon (Indian Standard Time) and 10 p.m.
(Indian Standard Time). Subscriber Trunk Dialling (STD) rates shall apply.
(iv) After the registration through this option, it is mandatory for the Participating Family to send their individual photographs of each of the Family Members participating in the Program or one
photograph with the entire family by post to Big Money, PO Box No 9469, Chakala MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai 400 093 or can be emailed to bigmoney@turner.com. The Participating Family
Members sending the photographs to the PO Box Number should mention their name contact details and registration number /application number behind each photograph as mentioned during the
registration call.
OPTION (B) Sending short message service (“SMS”)
(i) Any adult member of the Participating Family can send a SMS to 56388. The SMS must contain the following information - key word <big money > space <Your Name >; space <Your City> for
e.g. type big money rahul malhotra mumbai and send it to 56388
(ii) The lines for sending SMS/entries through the mobile number shall be open from 8th June 2010 and shall close on 25th July 2010 at midnight (Indian Standard Time).
(iii) The mobile subscribers of only (i) Airtel (ii) Vodafone (iii) Loop Mobile (iv) Idea (v) Tata Indicom (vi) Reliance (vii) Spice (viii) BSNL (ix) MTNL and (x) Tata DOCOMO can
participate through this mode in the Program.
(iv) The costs, charges and expenses of sending SMS shall be solely borne by the Participating Family. Each SMS shall be charged by the respective mobile operators at the rates
stated herein below:
Rs. 3/- per SMS: Airtel, Vodafone, Loop Mobile, Idea, Tata Indicom, Tata DOCOMO, Reliance, Spice
Rs. 1.5/- per SMS: BSNL
Rs. Rs. 1/- or Rs. 2/- per SMS: MTNL

OPTION (C) Logging on to the web-site www.imagine.tv (“Website”)

(i) The Participating Family can visit the Website and in addition to these rules and regulations, follow the instructions stated on the Website in connection to the registrations for this program.
(ii) The Participating Family may jointly submit the duly filled form through either of the options mentioned below:
(a) Registration on the Website by filling the form online;
(b) Registration by downloading the form available on the Website. This can be done by taking a print out of the form, filling the details and sending the duly filled form by post to Big Money,
PO Box No 9469, Chakala MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai 400 093.
(iii) The Participating Family must answer all the questions/information asked in the registration form correctly and/properly. It is mandatory for Participating Family to complete all the fields of the
registration form which are marked as “mandatory”. If sent by post, all the entries in the application form must be filled neatly, in legible handwriting and signed by each of the members of the
Participating Family.
(iv) The registration form must be submitted any time within the Registration Period. Upon submission of the form on the Website, the Participating Family will be allotted a registration
number/application number.
(v) After the successful completion of the registration procedure through this option and an application number/registration number being allotted to that Participating Family as stated in Rule 7
hereinbelow, the Participating Family should also send the certified true copy(ies) of the supporting documents as evidence of the relationship between family members and supporting the
information provided by the Participating Family in the registration form/during the Registration. All certified true copies of the supporting documents could be posted to Big Money,
PO Box No 9469, Chakala MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai 400 093 or can be scanned and sent by e-mail to bigmoney@turner.com. If sent by e-mail, the original certified true copies must be
submitted with the Company/BSML at the address mentioned herein on or before the Participating Family is called by the Company/BSML for auditions as stated herein below. The Participating
Family must also carry the photographs and the original supporting documents at the Auditions to enable the Company/BSNL to verify the documents/information provided in the Registration Form
or during the Registration.
(vi) It is mandatory for the Participating Family to send their individual photographs of the Family members participating in the Program or one photograph with the entire family by post to
Big Money, PO Box No 9469, Chakala MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai 400 093 or email it to bigmoney@turner.com. The Participating Family members sending the photographs to the PO Box Number
should mention their name and contact details and the registration number /application number as mentioned during the registration call behind each photograph.
(6) The Participating Family also has an opt ion to upload their personal video on the Website www.imagine.tv or record the same in a compact disc and send it with the duly filled application form
to the P.O.Box address mentioned above or email the video to bigmoney@turner.com. The personal video should not be more than one (1) minute duration or 5 MB. The personal video should have
all the members of the Participating Family in it.
(7) After the Participating Family has completed the registration process successfully and the registration has been taken on record by the Company and/or BSML, the Participating Family will be given
a registration number /application number. Receipt of the registration code does not guarantee that the Participating Family(s) will be eligible for the Audition(s) or for further rounds of selection.
The Company or BSML or any representative through the Company/BSML, will contact the Participating Family to inform that the Participating Family(s) has been selected and is eligible to
participate in the Auditions or for further rounds of selection.
(8) Neither the Company nor BSML nor any persons appointed by the Company/ BSML in this regard, shall be responsible for any kind of network problems and/or breakdown of machinery and/or
technical problems and/or technical snags and/or unclear network and/or disconnection/disruption during calls and/or internet usage and/or costs charged by the network provider/internet service
provider etc. Any dispute in connection to the same should be settled between the subscriber and the network operator/internet service provider directly without involving the Company or BSML or
any persons appointed by the Company/ BSML in this regard.

(9) Once the application form is submitted by the Participating Family, it shall deemed to be construed that all the members of the Participating Family have voluntary agreed to participate in the
Program without any undue pressure from any third party including the adult member of the Participating Family applying for the registration, the Company/BSML, each of the Participating Family
members have carefully read these rules and regulations/terms and conditions and have agreed to abide by the rules and regulations and that each of the members of the Participating Family have
jointly provided accurate information/filled in the registration form. Any mis-information, wrong information, or failure to provide information by that adult member of the Participating Family shall
be considered as mis-information, wrong information, no information (as the case may be) provided by all the members of the Participating Family and thereby lead to disqualification of the
complete Participating Family from further participation in the Program.
(10) Registration by the Participating Family is the first step towards the selection process for the Program. Neither the Company nor BSML guarantees the registration of each and every Family or
selection to the next stage(s) of the Program. The Company and/or BSML and/or any third party appointed by the Company and/or BSML shall check and scrutinize the applications received and, at
the sole discretion of the Company and/or BSML, shortlist the Participating Family who are eligible to participate in the auditions of the Program (Auditions). The Company and/or BSML and/or any
third party appointed by the Company/BSML shall have the sole right to decide the Participating Family who shall be eligible to participate in the further rounds of the Program (“Shortlisted
Participating Family”) including the Auditions.
(11) The Company or BSML or any representative through the Company/BSML, will contact only the adult Participating Family member whose contact details have been provided in the registration form
to inform that the Participating Family(s) has been selected and is eligible to participate in the Auditions of the Program. Thus, it is important for the Shortlisted Participating Family to ensure that
the contact details and the e-mail address are correctly provided at the time of registration failing which the Company/BSML will not be able to inform/contact the adult Participating Family.
(12) If successful contact is made, the Participating Family shall be asked to be present for the Auditions. The Company/BSML shall not call or inform the rejected Participating Family, to inform them
that they have not been selected for further participation in the Program.
(13) Incase a minor i.e. below the age of eighteen (18) years is participating in the Program, then all the registration formalities on behalf of the minor, including the documents must be executed by the
natural parent and/or the minor’s legal guardian. Therefore, if the natural parent and/or that minor’s legal guardian is not participating in the Program, then the registration form including other
documents which the minor needs to submit during the Program should be executed by the natural parent and/or that minor’s legal guardian. Alternatively, the natural parent and/or that minor’s
legal guardian could execute a letter authorizing another adult Participating Family Member(s) whose name is stated in the letter issued by the natural parent and/or that minor’s legal guardian, to
accompany the Participating Family Member, make decision and/or sign documents on behalf of that minor Participating Family Member and to be responsible in all manner in connection to
Participating Family Member during the Minor’s Participation in the Program. The authority letter must be issued only in the name of another adult Participating Family Member(s).
(14) Further, the Company and/or BSML reserves the right to use other methods of selection as deemed fit by the Company and/or BSML and may in its sole discretion waive the aforesaid procedure as
deemed fit by the Company and/or BSML for selecting the teams for participating in the Program.

Part B: Auditions
(1) The Auditions will be held in vvvvarious cities and towns in India on various dates/times.
(2) The Shortlisted Participating Family contacted by the Company or BSML or its representatives must be present for the Auditions at the nearest audition centre ("Audition Centre") on the appointed
date and time, failing which the Shortlisted Participating Family, at the sole discretion of the Company or BSML, may be disqualified from further participation in the Program. Once disqualified,
neither the Company nor BSML shall have any obligation or responsibility towards the Shortlisted Participating Family in relation to the Auditions/Program and shall be free to replace the
Shortlisted Participating Family with another Participating Family.
(3) All the members of Participating Family must carry documents as proof to verify that each of the family member participating in the Program is related to each other. Passport copy, ration card,
birth certificate, wedding certificate or such other documents could be submitted with the Company and/or BSML as proof to verify the relation between the Participating Family members. For e.g.
two sisters in laws married to two brothers in a family could submit a copy of their wedding certificates along with a document showing that the two brothers are related to each other.
(4) On the spot/ at the venue registration and multiple registrations is not allowed. Only Shortlisted Participating Family will be allowed to take part in the Auditions. The Shortlisted Participating Family,
at this stage, shall be solely responsible to make all arrangements including travel, accommodation, lodging and boarding during the Auditions. The costs, charges and expenses for the travel, stay,
accommodation etc. shall be entirely borne by the Shortlisted Participating Family and shall be at the sole risk of the Shortlisted Participating Family.
(5) The Shortlisted Participating Family will have to at the audition stage or at any stage during the course of the Program execute the documents that would be required by the Company/BSML /the
third party appointed by the Company/BSML.
(6) The Company/BSML reserves the right of admission at the Audition Centre on the day of Auditions, for any reason whatsoever, irrespective of whether the Shortlisted Participating Family has been
selected and invited for the audition or not.
(7) On the day of the Auditions, all the members of the Shortlisted Participating Family must be present and all the members of the Shortlisted Participating Family will be interviewed (either jointly or
separately or both) and would be asked questions relating to Indian Television or any other question, perform various tasks to enable the Company/BSML to evaluate if the Shortlisted Participating
Family is eligible to further participate in the further rounds of the Program. The order/manner of interview/tasks shall be decided by the Company/BSML as deemed fit by the Company/BSML in its
absolute discretion.
(8) All participant(s) must maintain decorum at the audition center and follow all the instructions given by the Company and/or BSML and/or their representative(s). None of the Participant(s) should
carry any dangerous item or illegal items during auditions and/or during the participation in the Program. Further, the performance of all the members of the Participating Family should be in good
taste, non-derogatory, and should not be violating any law or social/religious norms etc. At any stage of the audition, it is found that any of the members of the All Participating Family is
misbehaving or is not following instructions or the performance is not upto the mark, the Company and/or BSML reserve the right to immediately reject the application of the Participating Family
and/or disqualify such Participating Family from further participating in the Program and shall be escorted outside the audition center. Further, the Company and/or BSML reserve the right to take
such action (legal or otherwise) against such miscreant Participating Family Member or the Participating Family as deem fit by the Company and/or BSML.
(9) The Company reserves the right to shoot, film and create episode(s) of the Auditions/Audition Process and from the activities connected to the Auditions including interview taken of the members
of the Shortlisted Participating Family, the tasks/acts performed by the Shortlisted Participating Family. The Company shall be the sole and exclusive owner of such television production and shall
be free to exploit the same in any manner deemed fit by the Company throughout the world in perpetuity and across any medium, technology, media (in existence and which may be invented in future).
(10) The Shortlisted Participating Family after the Auditions will be contacted by the Company and/or the BSML and/or any persons through the Company and/or BSML. If successful contact is made,
such Shortlisted Participating Family shall be informed that they are eligible to participate in the studio round of the Program. During this period, such Shortlisted Participating Family will have to
sign further documents which may be required by the Company/BSML. All the members of the Shortlisted Participating Family would have to travel to Mumbai or such other locations where the
Program is being shot and stay in Mumbai for a period as may be decided by the Company/BSML.
(11) The Company and/or BSML and / or its representatives may want the friends, relatives and acquaintances of the Shortlisted Participating Family to participate in the activities relating to the Program
including without limitation promotional and marketing activities relating to the Program and also ask questions relating to the personal life and /or family life of the Shortlisted Participating Family.
The Shortlisted Participating Family shall facilitate and ensure that their respective friends, relatives and acquaintances are present and participate, without any compensations payable by the
Company and/or BSML, in such activities if required by the Company and/or BSML. Further, all the footage in connection to the activities shall vest solely and exclusively with the Company for
worldwide in perpetuity.

Part C: Standard Rules and Regulations of the Program

(1) Employees of the Company, BSML and main sponsor of the Program (if any); and members of their immediate family are not eligible to participate in the Program. Failure to provide proof or
affidavit of eligibility within a reasonable time upon request by the Company and/or BSML may result in disqualification and/or the withholding or withdrawal of the prize by the Company.
(2) The act of registration shall be deemed to be construed that the Participating Family has made all true disclosures and that each of the member of the Participating Family is free to participate in the
Program and that each of the member of the Participating Family is not under any kind of disqualification under law or otherwise (including without limitation exclusive contract(s)/arrangement(s)
(oral or otherwise) which prevents any of the member(s) of the Participating Family from participating in the Program and fulfilling their obligations (jointly and/or severally) towards the Company
and/or BSML in connection to the Program including providing exclusive services to the Company and/or BSML.
(3) Any person/family willing to participate in the Program may do so at their sole risk. The submission of the registration form by the Participating Family, shall be deemed to be construed as a waiver
given by each of the members of the Participating Family and all the person(s) associated/related to each of the member of the Participating Family to exercise their rights (if any) to issue/file in
person and/or through any family member and/or any third party any notices, applications, suits, litigation, complaints, claims in any court(s) or forum against the Company/BSML or their officers
or any persons involved in connection to the Program and/or any selection procedure or for any claims or reliefs or otherwise.
(4) Incase of a minor, the documents must be executed by the natural parent and/or the minor’s legal guardian. So, if the natural parent and/or that minor’s legal guardian is not participating in the
Program, then his/her natural parent and/or the minor’s legal guardian should execute the documents on behalf of the minor. Alternatively, the natural parent and/or that minor’s legal guardian
could execute a letter authorizing the authority holder (who must be another adult Participating Family Member as stated in Rule 11 Part A) to accompany the minor Participating Family Member,
make decision and/or sign documents on behalf of the minor Participating Family Member and to be responsible in all manner in connection to Participating Family Member during the Minor’s
Participation in the Program.
(5) The Company/BSML shall be free to at any stage/level of the Program disqualify the Participating Family from further participation in the Program, if the Company/BSML (i) finds that the
Participating Family or any of the Participating Family Member(s) failed to provide any information and/or concealed any information and/or provided wrong information and/or misrepresented any
facts and/or on grounds of misconduct/misbehaviour and/or tried to help or prompt the other Participating Family Member in answering the questions during the Program (ii) in circumstances
which, in BSML/Company's view, renders the family unfit to participate (iii) inability to produce documentation specified by the Company proving the identity and the relation between the
Participating Family Members or (iv) non-conformance by any of the Participating Family Member or the family of the rules of the Program.
(6) Each of the member of the Participating Family shall also make arrangements for BSML and/or the Company to have access to his/her residence, to enable the Company/BSML to film, record, click
photographs, etc. and create content/footages for the Program. The Company shall have the irrevocable right to exploit/use such content/footages including each of the member(s) of the
Participating Family’s name, likeness, voice and comments throughout the world in perpetuity without any compensation to the any of the members of the Participating Family whatsoever.
(7) The Company and/or BSML shall have the sole right to decide the selection criteria for selecting the Participating Family which shall include without limitation selecting the Participating Family(s)
based on the performance, appearance or personality or any other skill as deemed fit by the Company and/or BSML.

(8) Each of the member of the Participating Family agree that each of the member(s) of the Participating Family shall make themselves available from time to time and co-operate with the
Company/BSML and participate in any activity including any promotional activity, marketing activity, campaign of any nature whatsoever without any consideration/money payable to any of the
members of the Participating Family. Further, none of the members of the Participating Family shall at any point of time refuse or disagree to participate in any such campaign or activity for any
reason whatsoever irrespective whether they are chosen for the Audition(s) or further rounds of the Program. Further, each of the member(s) of the Participating Family shall, ensure that each of
the member(s) of the Participating Family family member/relatives/ acquaintance/ friends will be present and available for featuring and/or participating in any and all the activities relating to the
Program as and when whenever required by the Company/BSML.
(9) The Participating Family shall solely be responsible to obtain all approvals, permissions, licenses, consents etc., that may be required by the Participating Family to participate in the Program. The
approvals, permissions, licenses, consents shall include without limitation obtaining consents of parents, leave from work etc.
(10) The Company/BSML reserves the right, without any earlier notification, to amend/change these rules and regulations including change and or extend the Registration Period, choose different
modes (other than the modes stated above) to invite registrations, vary the methods of inviting entries including reduce/increase the various modes of registrations/auditions, the manner/methods
of selection and making public announcements etc.
(11) It is expressly stated that no compensation of any kind (monetary or otherwise) shall be payable to any of the members of the Participating Family for participating in the Auditions and/or the
Program. During the Program, the Participating Family and each of the members of the Participating Family shall jointly and/or severally be responsible for any expenses towards, travelling,
boarding, food and beverages, their insurance, safety etc. Neither the Company nor BSML shall be responsible for any personal expenses incidental or related to the Participating Family
participation in the Program (including during the registration and audition level) of the Program unless decided otherwise by the Company and/or BSML .
(12) All the members of the Participating Family should be physically, psychologically and mentally fit to participate in the Program. At any stage during the Program, the Participating Family or any of
the members of the Participating Family if selected for further rounds at the sole discretion of the Company/BSML, may have to undergo all the medical tests as prescribed by the doctors so
appointed by the Company/BSML. If any of the members of the Participating Family are found to be medically unfit or unsuitable to further participate, then the Company and/or the BSML shall
have the right to disqualify the complete Participating Family any time during the selection procedure.
(13) All the members of the Participating Family shall abide by all the laws of India. Further, in the event the Shortlisted Participating Family selected for further rounds of Program, then the further
participation of the Shortlisted Participating Family in the further rounds of the Program shall be governed by separate rules and regulations which shall be communicated to the Shortlisted
Participating Family at a later stage of the program. These terms and conditions govern only the registration and initial stages (including auditions) of the participation of the Participating Family.
(14) At any stage, without any prior notification to the Participating Family or their family members or any third party, the Company /BSML reserves the right to film, record, broadcast and exploit the
activities relating to the Program such as Auditions, selection process etc. Further, the Company reserves the right to cancel/withdraw this Program or cancel any activities relating to the Program
without any prior notification to the users, viewers or public in general. Further, Company also reserves the right to not produce or broadcast the Program, without any prior notification to the
Participating Family or their family members or any third party.
(15) Non-conformance by any Participating Family/ Shortlisted Participating Family or any member of the Participating Family/ Shortlisted Participating Family, of the rules will disqualify that articipating
Family or the Shortlisted Participating Family from further participation, immediately, as the case may be. The Company/BSML has the sole option to disqualify the Participating Family/ Shortlisted
Participating Family any time during the course of the Program.
(16) All intellectual property rights including the entire works whether edited or unedited all rights, title and interest including any and all copyright and all other allied, ancillary and subsidiary rights
across all and any media, medium, technology in connection to Program and/or Format and/or activities relating to the Program such as this selection procedure, participation of each of the
member(s) of the Participating Family, the photographs/video/materials/details submitted by the Participating Family, absolutely and completely solely and exclusively vests with the Company for
worldwide and in perpetuity and the Company being the sole and exclusive owner of the Program and materials in connection thereto, shall have the sole and exclusive right, throughout the world
in perpetuity, to exploit the Program across all and any media, technology, products and services at its sole discretion which also includes reproducing, depicting faces of the Participating Family
Members on the material relating to the Program.
(17) By participating, it shall be construed that each of the Participating Family have undertaken to hold harmless BSML, the Company, and/or its affiliates and/or group companies and/or their
employees, officers or any other person in relation to any injury/damage/harm/loss suffered by the participant(s) while participating in the Program. Further, each of the members of the
Participating Family(s) agree, jointly and/or severally, to indemnify and keep indemnified BSML, the Channel(s), the Company and/or its affiliates and/or group companies and/or their employees,
officers or any other person against any claims, notices, suits etc. initiated against them.
(18) Neither the Company nor BSML nor any persons connected to the Program shall be responsible to the Participating Family (jointly and/or severally) for any loss of earnings, employment or
otherwise caused to any of the members of Participating Family and arising as a result of any of any of the members of the Participating Family participation in the Auditions or the Program, if
selected. Further, neither the Company nor BSML nor its employees shall in any manner whatsoever be responsible and/or liable in any manner whatsoever, for any physical injury, death, mental
trauma caused to any member of the Participating Family or any person related to them, for participating in the Program.
(19) In the event of any fault, misunderstanding or dispute concerning any part of the Program, and/or the validity of any answer, the decision of the Company and BSML shall be final and binding on
each of the members of the Participating Family. Participation of each of the member(s) of the Participating Family shall be construed that the Participating Family (jointly and/or severally) have
waived their rights (jointly and/or severally) to dispute any decision(s) made by the Company/BSML and that the Participating Family (jointly and/or severally) agrees to all the decision(s) made by
the Company/BSML and it shall be final and binding upon each of the member of the Participating Family and/or all the Shortlisted Participating Family.
(20) Each of the Participating Family Member and the Participating Family shall, jointly and/or severally, hold harmless the channel(s), Company, BSML, its employees, officers or any other person in
connection with the Program including but not limited to the procedure of selection and shall also not file in person/ through any family member and/or third party any applications, criminal and/or
civil proceedings in any courts or forum in India as well as outside India against channel, Company, BSML, its employees, officers or any other person in connection with the Program/Prize to claim
any damages or reliefs.
(21) In the event, if any individual who may have registered earlier or who may have participated in the Auditions of the Program or who may have participated in the Program, then he/she or the
participating family cannot participate again in the Program. Further, after registration is successfully completed and a registration number is allotted, the team members forming the Participating
Family cannot be changed or replaced by another family member.
(22) Each of the members of the Participating Family must do any and all acts and execute any and all documents in such manner and at such locations as may be required by the Company/ BSML to
protect, perfect or enforce any of the rights granted or confirmed to Company/ BSML herein.
(23) Neither the Participating Family (jointly) nor each of the Participating Family Member nor any person related to the Participating Family Member including without limitation the Participating Family
Member’s relatives, friends, acquaintance shall disclose or make available to any third party any information relating to the Program, the Company, BSML, their group companies, their affiliates,
their representatives/officers or any other Participating Family, their family/representatives, or any persons related to Program. All information that the Participating Family Member or any persons
through the Participating Family Member may have gained access or may have been obtained by the Participating Family Member (s) or any persons through the Participating Family Member(s) in
connection to the Program, the Company, BSML, their group companies, their affiliates, their representatives/officers or any other Participating Family Member(s), their family/representatives, or
any persons related to Program, shall be considered as confidential or proprietary information/ materials. Neither the Participating Family Member (s) nor any persons related to Participating Family
Member (s) including their acquaintances shall make any statements of any nature including without limitation statements relating to the Company or BSML or the Program or the Company’s
operations, its activities, to any third party or the press or any media company(ies)/service. Violation of the obligation stated in this rule shall immediately disqualify the Participating Family
prospects of further participation in the Program.
(24) These rules and regulations and/or the participation of the Family Member(s) in the Program shall be governed by laws of India and only the court of New Delhi (India) shall have the exclusive
jurisdiction to resolve any dispute that may arise in connection to this Program.
(25) It is the responsibility of the participant(s)/ Participating Family to check the rules and regulations of the Program.
