Description : The power transmission through hydraulic systems is a common phenomenon now days.
Particularly for heavy loads that are around 8, 50,000 tones hydraulic system is very useful.
In our project we study about working of hydraulic system like feeding of oil to tanks and
control racks, cooling and filtering of oil, centrifuging process and suggested different oil
conservation methods like Contamination control, temperature control, filtration and leakage
control to reduce the oil wastage and to increase the effectiveness of hydraulic system.

Work Experience (Research Internship)

Current Research Project- Since JUNE 2010-Till Date

Worked as Project Associate in IIT Delhi on a Research project funded by World Bank titled “Bamboo as a
Green Engineering material in Rural Housing and Agricultural Structure for Sustainable Economic Growth”.

 Development of data acquisition, methodology using concepts of photogrammetry and Matlab programming.
 Research and development of cost-effective test instrument using mechanical lever concepts for testing
Bamboo samples.

Roles & Responsibilities.

• Working with Conventional Hydraulic Cost Effective UTM’s , Drafting & Modeling of machine
elements, Mat lab to calculate the displacement or the change in the position of a object, Crank, Cam
driven Hydraulic System, Familiar with Testing Tools.
