I request that Ms. Anita F. Funcke is put in front of a judge in an American court.
I am accusing Ms. Anita F. Funcke for:
• Violation of the sixth amendment of the USA Constitution: Because she was a witness and knew that I was
discriminated in both Danish court processes. She was informed about the hidden key evidence in court, the letter from

Jens Rasmussen, Danish Police Attorney. She is a key person to explain in front of an USA court the American

Embassy's reason for silencing the violations of my protection rights and negating to ensure me a fair and just trial.

• Violation of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 1963, Article 36 (a,b and c). Because she knew my

• Justice Obstruction. For let me go through a court case in Denmark, where she was warned
the USA consulate that I will be submitted to a “Circus-Curt-Case” in a police statement
made-up to declare me guilty, and she accomplished silenced to sabotage all my VCCR and
USA Constitutional Rights. She with her silence strongly collaborated with Danish
authorities to despite all evidences declare me guilty. And after that, when I submitted report
to the USA embassy in Copenhagen, Denmark where I was unfair processed hidden key
evidences in court and she kept it in silence with accomplish premeditation.
