n o c h e a n t e r i o r, p a ra e s c u r r i r l o y l a va r l o . Po s t e r i o r m e n t e l o c o l o c a m o s e n u n a o l l a
con agua hirviendo.
A g a r ra m o s e l z a p a l l o y r e m o ve m o s s u c o r t e z a , l u e g o l o c o r t a m o s e n p e q u e ñ o s
t r o zo s y a g r e g a m o s a l a o l l a c o n p o r o t o s . R e vo l ve m o s l a o l l a y s u c o n t e n i d o
agregando un poco de sal y aceite, dejándolos cocer por 35 minutos a fuego alto.
