ALL PROPERTIES IDENTIFIED ON THE PROPOSED SPEEDING MITIGATION PLAN MUST BE REPRESENTED ON THE PETITION. Any
missing signatures must be accompanied by a statement as to why a signature was not obtained. Only one signature from each household will
be considered. Any multi-unit rental complex with 8 units or more can be represented by the owner or property manager.

The devices on the attached mitigation plan are approximate and may be revised as necessary by the Austin Transportation
Department. The City reserves the right to install speed mitigation devices for cause, regardless of support levels. Implementation of
this plan may impact on-street parking.
