What makes you a good student?

There are some basic characteristic that a learner should have to become a good student.
First, the student should have a huge desire to learn, which is quite important because if there
is not motivation, it could be hard to fulfill his or her courses or studies. For instance, students
who are motivated have a desire to undertake their study and complete the requirement of
their course. Second, he or she should have a sense of responsibility, which means keep
regularity with the studies, attend classes, participate in them, do homework. In other words,
they must carry on their studies on a regular basis and not open the book just the day they
have classes. Third, the learner should be punctual. Not only should students be on time at the
entrance, but also with the homework. For example, do not wait until the deadline to hand in
your homework. It is preferable to do it beforehand so that it can be checked twice. Moreover,
being punctual shows respect to the teacher and to the class. Also, learners should try to not
miss classes. A normal student will became into a good student if he or she acquires these
distinctive characteristics and cultivates them.
