Some may argue that good communicators are born, not made. Do you agree with this
statement? How can the communication process improve our effectiveness in expressing
ourselves and understanding others?
Not really, the communication is only practice, you need to be really focus and what the person
is saying and that person needs to be the same way. Practicing is the only way to be a good
communicator. If you practice a lot you will be an expert on the communication, is lke any other
profession if you practice you will know about the subject and you will know how to say what
you need express.

When we listen, we pay attention not only to the words spoken, but also to the other person’s
tone of voice, facial expressions, posture, and emotions.
Noise can be defined as any interference that disrupts and/or distorts communication. What are
some examples of noise? What sources of noise do you struggle with the most in your own
