RESUMEN DEL PROYECTO PQRS EN INGLES

Introducción

Actualmente no se cuenta con un Aplicativo que permita Administrar y Controlar de forma

sistematizada los procesos que conlleva la atención de quejas y reclamos de sus usuarios, el
problema radica que al no incluir en su sistema de Información este proceso trae como
consecuencias perdida de documentos en el cual el usuario expresa sus inconformidades con
el servicio, el proceso de búsqueda de documentos de quejas y reclamos se hace más
dispendioso, lo que dificultad en gran medida la pronta respuesta al usuario involucrado o en
su defecto detectar las posibles fallas en cuanto a los servicios prestados.

Por tanto, software tiene como finalidad ofrecer a los usuarios, una alternativa para el
diligenciamiento de sugerencias ofreciendo un sitio para este trámite en el que cualquier usuario
podrá ingresar desde un sitio remoto con acceso a Internet, además también consta con un
módulo administrativo que solo tendrá acceso a usuarios que con los permisos necesarios, ya
sea para registrar las quejas y reclamos provenientes del buzón de sugerencias o las que se
presentan directamente por otro motivo.

Actividades de los Sistemas de Información: Existen cinco (5) actividades en un Sistema de

Información que generan la información que las organizaciones necesitan para tomar
decisiones, controlar operaciones, analizar problemas y crear nuevos productos o servicios. La
entrada, captura o recolecta de datos en bruto tanto del interior de la organización como de su
entorno.

El sistema funcionará en un ambiente de ordenador y web, por lo que deberá ser capaz
de funcionar en cualquier plataforma con un navegador web instalado, siempre y cuando
disponga de conexión al servidor en que va a estar corriendo la aplicación, ya sea por
Internet o alguna red privada. El sistema tendrá además un conjunto reducido de
funcionalidades que podrán ser accedidas desde un Smart Device para el
diligenciamiento de los formatos.
