We have a number of dedicated administrators and staff charged with the responsibilty to compile and publish the University's Annual Security Report. Further, the University Police Department similarly is dedicated to providing comprehensive law enforcement and security services through a community policing philosophy, which | fully support Regarding your Clery Act concems, let me assure you that if there were any errors of ‘omissions in this process, they will be rectified. However, we categorically and Lnilateraly reject your allegations that errors or omissions in the University's Annual ‘Security Report, if any, were deliberate or part of a “systematic effort” by the University to violate the Clery Act.
