Dear Mr. De Federicis:

responsibilty to compile and publish the University's Annual Security Report. Further,
the University Police Department similarly is dedicated to providing comprehensive law
enforcement and security services through a community policing philosophy, which |
fully support
Regarding your Clery Act concems, let me assure you that if there were any errors of
‘omissions in this process, they will be rectified. However, we categorically and
Lnilateraly reject your allegations that errors or omissions in the University's Annual
‘Security Report, if any, were deliberate or part of a “systematic effort” by the University
to violate the Clery Act. The University has been and remains wholly commited to
ensuing the safety of its campus community.
‘As for your other concems, the University is fully aware ofits obligations under the
Taylor Law, and | am confident that both the University’s Office of Human Resources
Management and the Police Command staff are similarly committed to ensuring that the
rights of al parties subject to its provisions are respected,
Unies Hl, 302Finally, since you have chosen to file a report with the U.S. Department of Education
