This study examined the influence of different avocado cultivars on oil quality and chemical characteristics of avocado fruit. Researchers analyzed the oil content, fatty acid profile, and phytochemical content of four common avocado cultivars grown in Brazil. They found significant differences in oil content, fatty acid composition, and phytochemical levels between the different cultivars.
