    RE: ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATION

    Dear Sir:

    I am writing this letter to ask from your good office a CERTIFICATION re: that the
    Camenorial Lot within Highlands Subdivision situated in Estanza will not be needed by
    the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) for future development of
    infrastructure.

    That the said lot is within the adjoining Lot 10565-B under Transfer Certificate of Title
    No. 60606, Lot 10566-A under Transfer Certificate of Title No. 64913 and Lot 10567
    under Transfer Certificate of Title No. 60607 which was owned by Misibis Land Inc..

    The said certificate is a requirement for application for Public Land to Department of
    Environment and Natural Resources.

    Attached hereto are copies of all the documents appurtenant thereto for reference
    purposes.

    We are hoping for your favorable response on this matter.
