Opening (warmer activity + teacher introduction/demonstration of small group activities)

 Start with the morning routine (welcome the students, the day and date, exercise in the

In this activity, using hop scotch sight words with dice throw, read then jump onto the word.
First, teacher will tell of the student making a lineup.
Second, students will hold dice, and then throw.

Third, She/he will read sight word and jump onto the word.
Independent Experience (small group activity 1)

Activity: File folder


Recourses: marker – rubber – file folder
Instruction:
in this activity, teacher create file folder activity contains read the sentence, build the word “sight
word” with letters, build the word ”sight words” with play doh, write the word” sight words”, and trace
the sight words.
1- Teacher will give each student id file folder activity.
2- Each student will complete write all file folder.

Independent Experience(small group activity 2)

Activity: sight word sticks


Recourses: marker – rubber – file folder
Instruction:
Paddle pop sticks sight words then order after reading.
1- Teacher will tell the students to work individually.
2- Teacher will distribute the worksheet with wood sticks.
3- Student will use sight words stick, has six sight words different.
4- Student will choose sticks and then write sight words related to the number.
5- They will read all it.

Independent Experience(small group activity 3)


Activity: sight words memory game
Recourses: flash cards
Instruction:
1- Teacher will lay the index cards on a table in rows, in a face – down position.
2- Once all the cards are laid out, this game is played like concentration, or memory match.
3- Student s will takes their turn by rotating a card to reveal a word and read the word aloud.
Then, they flip over a second card and read that one aloud. If the two words are the same, they
have found a match! They can set aside their pair and go again. However if the two cards are
not a match, players must turn them face down again and the next player is up.

Activity: rotating the wheel


Recourses: sight words cards – paperclips - marker
Instruction:
In this activity, teacher will give each student cards with paperclips.
Student will spin it, and then write sight words
