speakers, but each part has been optimized seperately before matched and fine tuned together.
JAYS’ dynamic drivers feature a multi layer diaphragm which is put through a special process to
obtain its unique characteristics. The elasticity in the diaphragm allows it to follow the movement
of the improved, easily driven, lightweight voice coil. The core is a powerful Neodymium magnet
and with the customized airflow system which vents the whole construction - Science will once
again have generated truly amazing sound.

Single Crystal Copper Continuous Casting

Normal high purity copper, being the material most used in hifi cables, has about
5000 grains per meter. For each grain boundary the signal needs to cross the more
it will be distorted. To increase sound performance, many cables are equipped with
OFHC (Oxygen-Free High-Conductivity) copper wires. These have longer grains which
reduces the total number to about 1300 grains per meter. To further increase sound
quality there are special linear-crystal copper wires (LC-OFC) with around 200 grains
per meter with a noticeable better, clearer and more dynamic sound.

When choosing cables for the c-JAYS project we wanted to do even better. Beneath
the shells of TPE coatings and isolations we decided to put a SGSCC (Single Crystal
Copper) wire. The manufacturing method makes it possible to create long copper
threads without any grain boundaries at all. The purity of the copper is > 99.997% and
each grain can be 1500 meter or longer. Meaning the sound will travel all the way from
your media player to the speaker in the same grain without any CCD (Cross Crystal
Distortions). You will hear the difference…
